We had used ALL of the services at PetSmart in Maple Grove many times over the past 10 years. We booked a bath and nail grind for our dog which he has had before. We were told it would be 2-3 hours until we could pick him up. We pulled into a restaurant for lunch and we get a call stating he was drooling and appeared "stressed out " and they would not do his bath. It had been 10 minutes and he was in a kennel drooling. 10 MINUTES!! We told them he drools when he gets excited and sees other dogs. So they made an assumption after only giving him 10 minutes to calm down. We picked him up tail wagging and totally fine. Do better PetSmart and hire people who have experience with dogs. We will not be returning for any service.
Good job, PetSmart! I took my dog to another groomer because PetSmart didn’t have a slot available when I booked. When he was finished, he looked and felt terrible. Morgan from MG PetSmart fixed him up, told me what to do to help both the groomer and my dog in the future. I will definitely be taking my dog to this groomer again!
Very friendly, and they do an amazing job. Make sure you get at least 2 weeks to get your puppy 🐶 in for an appointment.
