These guys are fantastic. Easy to book appointments, great work, and very reasonable prices. They bathe and trim my PERSIAN cats regularly, which I’m sure is not the easiest task as a groomer. They always come home looking awesome. I have no idea where the one star reviews are coming from, unless maybe they’re from a really long time ago? As of 2024, they’re awesome. Highly recommend. My 11 year old German Shepherd, Athena, has been coming here for years. They have been attentive to any skin conditions and helped with cleaning her ears. I love this place.

I read the reviews ahead of time and people had posted scheduling concerns but Pampered Pet Grooming came up at the top of search results for grooming in this area AND my friends veterinarian recommended Pampered Pets Grooming to me. I'm visiting from WI and here to take care of my friend's beloved dog Trigger while she was traveling. Trigger was in dire need of a cut because his fur was matted and his nails were very long. I wanted to surprise my friend and get Trigger groomed as a gift. I had a short time frame to get the surprise done and Pampered Pet Grooming worked with me, got me in their very busy schedule and provided great service with a smile. I even forgot Trigger's vaccination records on the counter back at the house and they worked through that with me. 😊 Trigger looked like a whole new dog! 😍He was so soft and smelled nice. He was clearly treated with care and was all smiles when we got there. He looked absolutely wonderful in his Blues Clues bandana too❤️. I only have great things to say and had a the best experience. My friend is now planning on taking Trigger for regular grooming there as well. Kudos and thank you to the staff for your help and smiles 😃. My friend was elated and loves how Trigger looks like a whole new dog. She keeps saying she can't believe how good he looks. ❤️

5 star establishment! I've been to PPGS with my 22# Doodle 3 times now, and Henry does a great job. I have PTSD from other groomers shaving my previous 96# GoldenDoodle w/o so much as a phone call (you know; the surprise your dog is naked!). I know we're in good hands with Henry.

We just moved here and I was really very nervous about taking Jasper somewhere new for grooming. With the pandemic, and now our move, he’s become much more clingy. Rebecca and Jackie were amazing. They spent time just talking to me while he became acclimated and then when Rebecca casually picked him up, he didn’t make a peep. That is unprecedented - he’s not that kind of guy. So, I am very pleased with our visit - Jasper can now see again - he’s obviously less adorable without all his shaggy hair but he smells soooo much better!!!

We have been bring our 2 poms here to Henry for over a year and they are so well taken care of and Henry is by far the best groomer around!! We will not be taking the kids anywhere else!!! Highly recommended

This was the second time I took my dog for grooming, and the only reason I went the second time was coz they did an amazing job before! But this time, my dog's groom was a disaster. I was in shock when I saw my puppy after grooming and while I laughed away with how funny he looked, I realized that the groom was done very badly. When we came home, my puppy was very itchy. We took a deeper look at his trim, and they were random and not neat at all. I am going to regret this for all my life. I remember showing them some photos to give the groomers an idea as to what length I was looking at, and while I told them to shorten it, they cut it way too short, no where near to the photos I showed them. The groomer told us that they cut it short, and it would feel shorter and the only reason why they did is coz 'WE' told them to. I'm surprised by how easily they'd just blame it on us. I really wish to not generalize, and I also know that my dog will grow his hair eventually, but the way it is trimmed, I'm just at a loss here. This would be my last time going to the salon.
