Bubbles & Bath Pet Grooming Spa

I was disappointed with my experience during my dog’s grooming appointment today. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and we arrived on time, as I understand that arrivals more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled. When I returned two hours later, my dog was not yet ready, and I was informed it would be another 1 hour and 20 minutes before he’d be finished. At that point, he had only received a bath with no smell goods or dog spay, which cost $43, and he’s a small 6 pound dog and 9months old. I was told they were short a groomer, which I completely understand. However, I wish this had been communicated when I dropped him off so I could have planned accordingly, especially since I travel a long distance for his grooming. While I expressed my concerns respectfully, I did not appreciate the approach from the staff which I would assume was the owner by her demeanor she stopped grooming walked to the counter with frustration and it appears with attitude as if I was wrong for voicing my concerns as a paying customer. Because of that interaction, I decided not to reschedule and informed them that my dog would not be returning. Had the staff member been more understanding or considerate of my situation, I might have continued as a customer. Unfortunately, due to today’s experience, we will not be returning.

We've been happily bringing our dog here for years. Yesterday was the first time he was ever so matted that he needed a very close cut. They communicated with me very clearly that this was the situation and when I asked them to be sure they were careful because I was worried he might get a cut they assured me that they would take the utmost care and take their time, They are wonderful to work with and they really care about the pups that they groom.

Love bringing my dogs here. Always a great experience. My dogs look great, smell great and are happy to go.

This business radiates good vibes! Everyone who works there is so kind and professional, the patrons (people and pups) that come in are happy to be there and very importantly…they do a great job! Great customer service, great groomers. Highly recommend even with the wait for an appointment- it’s worth it!

Just picked up my 2 Australian Shepherds from their spring/summer groom. They are absolutely gorgeous. I’m very particular about how I want them done and they were so wonderful offering suggestions based on my dogs. They came out more perfect then I could have imagined. Highly recommend them!! They were wonderful with my shy to strangers one also. Thanks so much!! See you guys in a couple months!!

I love, love, love Bubbles & Bath. I found this groomer more than 4yrs ago. My dog, Bella, is old. She receives so much love ❤️ from the owner EVERY TIME she goes. I love supporting black own businesses, and I cannot stop raving about Bubbles & Bath. They are gentle, loving, and kind to your pet. I do not worry about Bella when I drop her off. She goes in looking rough and comes out looking like she received some necessary TLC. I tell any and everyone about them because they are awesome. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bubbles & Bath!!!
