I had a wonderful experience at Grateful Pups. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how much the owners truly care about the pets they work with. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a calm atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. My Yorkie, Chewy, was treated with so much kindness and patience, and he looked absolutely adorable when I picked him up. It’s such a relief to find people who genuinely love what they do and treat your pet like family. Chewy came home looking great and happy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Grateful Pups to anyone looking for quality grooming and exceptional care.

I brought my great Dane in to have her nails trimmed. The staff/owners are amazing. They got her in right away. 5 mins later we were walking out. Highly recommend them to everyone!!

I'm giving one star because there's no other option for 0 stars, I'm very disappointed with the service provided. I specifically asked for my dog to be trimmed and she was completely shaved. When I called back to complain, the owner just laughed. There response was unprofessional, I will definitely not return. Customers beware.

Just want to give the team at Grateful Pups a shout out! They do such a good job & he always comes out looking so HANDSOME! Everyone is so nice and Cooper loves going there! 😍 our vet recommended them when we were looking for a groomer in the area, and so glad they did!

I’ve been bringing my Westie to Grateful Pups Pet Salon for years, and I can’t recommend Barbie enough! If you have a Westie, you know how difficult it is to find a groomer who can do a proper Westie cut—but Barbie nails it every single time. From the signature round face to the perfectly blended skirt, my pup always comes out looking absolutely perfect. Not only is Barbie incredibly skilled, but she’s also so kind and patient. My Westie loves going to the salon and hanging out, which says a lot about the warm and welcoming environment she’s created. It’s clear that she truly cares about the dogs she grooms, and I completely trust her with mine. If you’re a Westie owner searching for a groomer who really knows the breed standard, look no further—Grateful Pups is the best! Thank you, Barbie, for always making my pup look amazing!

This is the best place to take your furbabies to receive great grooming services. I brought my almost-2-year-old kitty in to get a nail trim for the first time here. I was greeted kindly by the owners and viewed the facility. The owners are lovely people who genuinely care for the kitties and puppies. I appreciate the transparency and their personalities. The place itself is cute as well, with adorable decorations. This was a great experience and I look forward to returning next time. Thank you!
