Do not bring your dog here. When my wife went to pick up our little Luna she saw the groomer slap our little girl because she was moving too much. Beware; these people are mean and they don't have the patience to do their job. They could've just called and told us that they were not able to groom our dog and we'd pick her up. Our dog is a small Yorkie 18lbs. and 15 years old.

pet parents like to be entitled and gang up on salons with so much lack of knowledge. The lady said she was only gone for 25 minutes and the dog "ozzy" was not even bathed yet. for reference, a bath, dry, ears, nails and full groom will take bare minimum an hour. then you have end of day duties to clean the salon, they may even have to go over the register here. for there to be time for the groom to be complete, shop cleaned up and not only closed, but groomer has already left? she was not gone for just 25 minutes. that's a very good 1.5-2.5 hours she did not pick up her dog. not sure what happened to "you can't believe everything you see on social media" (especially in the grooming industry) but it's sad to see grown adults harassing a business they've never went to, all based on one persons word that doesn't even add up. i hope more people chime in to counter these unwarranted 1 star reviews!

I have been taking my dog to Cani’s for almost a year now and I’m really happy with the experience. The owner is friendly and patient, and my dog came out looking (and smelling!) great. You can tell they really care about the pets they work with. Definitely planning to come back for the next grooming appointment!

I just realized I’ve been taking my baby to Mario for the past 6 years and I’ve never left a review .. I want to say that Mario is the BEST groomer ever !!! 🙌 I cannot take my baby anywhere else !!! Every time I have, I regret it and I end up right back here. When I’ve tried other places, my dog starts shaking and acts weird but with Mario he acts just fine 🥰 I really do think dogs sense vibes and energies and my baby really likes Mario.. you can tell Mario is truly passionate about his job and he genuinely cares 🫶 Been going to this place for the past 6 years for grooming and Barvecto pills and hopefully more years to come !!! Never disappoints!! Thank you so much Mario & staff for yalls service and communication !!! 🥰❤️ Keep up with the great work !! 👏🏼👏🏼

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They did a horrible job on my dog. Left cuts on his body and bruises on his ears and head. His ears are purple from how hard they brushed them. There is no reason for my dog to have bruises on his head. He is a small dog. Leaves me wondering how he was treated while there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I took my rescue pitbull for a nail trim. My boyfriend had made the appointment, I just took him. My pitbull is a rescue dog and since we adopted him he had a hard time with cages. He cries so much and it breaks my heart. I stayed to make sure my dog didn’t give the groomer a hard time. As I know a rescue dog can be hard to work on. I love my dog but I also respect the work of others. I wasn’t aware you couldn’t stay to watch over your dogs? I wasn’t there for even 5 minutes before he started kicking me out. He complete changed his aura in a matter of seconds. I didn’t understand why he reacted the way he did. Everyone has heard horror stories of puppies getting mistreated , so I was hesitant to leave him alone there. It was my first and last time there so I was just making sure everyone would be okay . He rudely commented to get out and take him some place else. I apologize and informed him I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t stay. He started to be rude and dismissive while I was speaking. I wouldn’t trust my dog near a person who reacts so terrible toward someone so quick. He should know how to keep his composure towards any hard situation. Being a gromer requires patience and love. I dont trust a person who reacts like that over a small misunderstanding.
