We have been sending our dog Luna for grooming here for a long time time and love it. Hayley schedules the dog when she is ready for her and so the dog is never sittong in a crate and getting stressed. Highly recommended. Do book well in advance though, she gets fully booked fast.

Our pup Pax was groomed for the first time today and it was an amazing experience! His haircut looks precious and I can tell he feels confident, pampered, and loved. My favorite part was the before and after pictures Hayley sent us! This dog mom’s heart is happy! Updating with photos from his first and second grooming experience! We just picked Pax up from his second grooming with Hayley and he looks so handsome! She does such an amazing job especially on his paws (no more grinch feet!) This time she also brushed his teeth and they look great. Thankful to have a groomer who loves my pup just as much as I do!

Hayley recently did a fantastic job with my Aussiedoodle! It was our first time with her. She listened to my requests and used her good judgement and he came out happy and looking great! We’ve already booked multiple future appts!

Hayley is a wonderful groomer and great with my Lulu! She is very patient with her, comforting and caring. We switch up our groom styles a lot and Hayley has a versatile skill set and can do any style you prefer. We’ve been going to her for about a year now and we have never once been disappointed. She consistently exceeds expectations. She has always made Lulu look even more beautiful than I could imagine! She has also helped me so much with at-home grooming tips and tricks in between full grooms. Hayley is amazing! 💛🐩

This was my third visit to this store, and while the first two experiences were decent (even though the haircuts weren’t exactly as requested), I still left positive reviews. However, today’s experience was absolutely terrible. I sent multiple reference photos as usual and told her the previous cut was too long, so I wanted it a bit shorter this time. I also made sure to mention that I had paid for the full service, which includes ear cleaning. After two hours, when I went to pick up my dog, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The haircut was nothing like the photos I provided – it wasn’t even a proper trim. It looked like she just randomly cut it short with no shape at all. I tried to stay calm and asked why it was so short, but there was no apology, just a comment to "let it grow longer next time." At that point, I knew arguing wouldn’t change anything since the damage was already done. When I checked my dog more closely, I noticed her ears hadn’t been cleaned at all – there was still dust and hair inside. I had to go back and ask her to do it. To make matters worse, after all this, she didn’t apologize at all and only kept sending me messages asking for payment as soon as possible. I’m extremely frustrated by how unprofessional this was. I will definitely not be coming back.
