Legacy Pet Grooming

I’ve tried a lot of groomers over the years, but this is the first place I’ve truly been happy with. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and Kari always does an amazing job with my dog Finnegan—even when I ask for unique requests like his signature mohawk, he comes out looking perfect every time. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great grooming experience.

We’ve been bringing our dog to Legacy Grooming since 2021, and they’ve always taken such wonderful care of him. About two years ago we moved 45 minutes away and tried several groomers nearby, but nothing compared. Legacy Grooming is absolutely worth the drive! Our dog always comes home looking great, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy. The staff is kind, professional, and truly cares about every pet they see. We’re so grateful for the love and care they provide at every visit—it truly gives us peace of mind.

They quoted me $80 and charged me $120. The haircut was good, I don't have any issues with the service provided. But I called around to get quotes (new to the area) and they were the most reasonable. I told them the type of dog and weight. $80, she said. When I picked her up, they said my total was $120 (plus tip). I was confused and said I had called ahead, and she said, Oh yeah I think that was me, but it just depends...but that's normal for this area. I get that it's just a quote, but to upcharge by another 50% is wild. And they didn't even have any 'justification' for it like "she was matted" or "she was hard to work with." Just yeah, that's how much it's going to be. We have since gone elsewhere where they quoted $95 and charged me $95. Again the haircut here was good, but just not great business practices, so I won't be back.

We took Zoe to Legacy Grooming for the first time today, and it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful in giving our cocker spaniel a perfect summer cut. They took the time to explain how short the trim would be and made sure we were comfortable with it. When we picked her up, she looked adorable and was clearly happy. Overall, excellent service — we’ll definitely be back!

Good haircuts, reasonable price, but thats where the good ends.... As a lot of the other comments have mentioned already... the main guy who answers the phones is always incredibly rude, sassy, and confrontational, especially to my mom anytime she goes with my dog. The other workers are nice from my experiences. I've been going for over a year with my dog and she is always incredibly afraid to go inside (to the point where we have to drag her in) and always acts like she's been abused when we pick her up.... I have no reason to believe that anything bad occurs, but something I've noticed and don't like (though one time I picked her up and she was limping, but that never happened again). I'm not looking forward to finding another groomer as the price is reasonable, and Kerry is a nice lady, but we just can't deal with this guy anymore.

I can’t say enough kind things about Legacy Grooming! I’ve taken my dogs twice and both times they’ve come out looking and smelling great. Only took 2 hours for both dogs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and to top it off, they’re also reasonably priced! Thanks for taking good care of my babies!

We have been customers of Legacy Pet Grooming for nearly 15 years! They take such great care of our husky, Nelly and it was Bailey before that! I live nearly 40 mins away from them but their attention to detail makes it worth the drive every time. They are quick and have such a high quality of work I haven’t been able to find anyone else to do something close! 10/10 would recommend you trust them with your fur babies!
