My dog looks terrible! I’ve given Petco 3 tries at grooming my mini Goldendoodle properly. I’ve provided pictures and advice every time. I’m never returning. $143.00 for my dog to return looking like Hei-Hei from Moana! I’m pissed!
Petco does a phenomenal job with the grooming and bathing. Im always pleased with how my dog smells and looks. I didn’t give them 5 stars as I think paying 108.00 before tip to bath and groom my 10lb dog is a bit steep especially because he comes regularly and nothing special was needed for him. Also a regular bath and face feet and fanny trim can also cost between 50-70.00 the price is expensive…. for such a small dog! Service great but prices should be alot cheaper for such a small dog.
We took our Yorkie Twix here with Melissa. She did an amazing job EVERY TIME! Unfortunately we moved but we’re thinking of making the drive out there just for her fantastic service. Can’t recommend her enough!
They do a great job, but it's a little disconcerting that the groomer (regardless of who it is) asks at checkout if you want to leave a tip and how much. Shouldn't I be allowed to tip the amount I want without feeling like I'm running the risk of insulting the person providing the service? I've been a customer for a long time, but this one issue might cause me to look elsewhere. Dont get me wrong....I dont mind tipping and always do. But I've never had a waiter ASK me how much I want to tip. Frankly, it's rude.

I had a pleasant experience taking my two Morkie's here for grooming. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning them up. I'm glad she asked about the upgrade file and buff of their nails instead of just trimming them. This is a must for a lap dog. Their availability was awesome because they were able to fit us in at short notice. Its hard to find a good groomer close to home since we moved to this side of town.
