PetSmart Grooming

My Maltese, Bella, was very scared and shaking when I initially took her in for grooming. I had tried various grooming services in the area and they either cut her too ahort and/or weren't sensitive to her anxiety. I scheduled with Pet Smart several months ago and was so fortunate to get Meagan. Meagan was patient and sensitive to Bella's nervousness. She was great with her and did an excellent grooming job. Meagan also gave me the rundown on how Bella did; not rushing us at all. So, I take Bella in for grooming approximately 5 times per month to Meagan. Bella has grown to trust Meagan and each time Bella comes out looking great, AND, the price is reasonable.

I’m surprised at the 1 star reviews. I take my Mini Schnauzer in and my Groomer Gaby is wonderful and loves Faith so much. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I will continue to bring Faith to Gaby. The store itself has great customer service and the manager is excellent.

I took my dog there for a bath and hair cut and when they came to take her to the back they put an extra lead on her and drag her away instead of letting her settle a little because she was clearly nervous. An hour later they called me cancelling the services because she was being aggressive. I was very weird out about it because I have been taking her there for five years now and not once I had received a complaint about her trying bite people. When I went to pick her up an older gentleman was also wait to pick up his dog because his senior dog was also being aggressive as well. From start to finish everything felt off and I think they just upset the dogs trying to rush the services. After that I took her to another pet groomer and they did the services on her and even complimented her sweet behavior. I will never take my dog to this place anymore

Gabbie did a terrible job. I was 10 minutes late and apologized, but she did a half ass job

The only groomer I could find that will groom cats. Coco is very good with my grumpy cat. My kitty looks great after each grooming session. Thank you, Coco!

Make sure your not 5 minutes late due to a car accident.. instead of working with you they will cancel your appointment and ask if you want to reschedule in a week.
