PetSmart Grooming

Kayla is one of the few local groomers I have found that does cat grooming. She is friendly, accommodating, and does a great job with my cat’s nails! And my dogs too 😊

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this PetSmart location. My dog has been going to PetSmart for grooming for over three years without any issues. We recently moved to the area and scheduled an appointment at this location. When we arrived, the groomer refused to take my dog, claiming she couldn’t put him in the kennel, and suggested we try anxiety pills or a walk-in appointment instead. Wanting to make things easier, we followed her advice. We scheduled another appointment, gave our dog anxiety pills, and returned another day. However, without even attempting to work with him, the same groomer refused to take him again. To make matters worse, she added a note to his profile stating he could only do walk-in appointments, which now applies to every PetSmart location!!! This is unfair and frustrating, especially since my dog has been groomed at PetSmart for years. He’s a large dog who gets a little nervous at first but is incredibly sweet and friendly once he settles. This groomer didn’t even give him a chance. I expected much better service and understanding from a company we’ve trusted for years. I’m extremely disappointed and hope PetSmart addresses this issue to ensure no other loyal customers are treated this way.

The lady Kayla could of just said she didn't want to wash my dog. I get it, its OK. But instead she made up a lie saying their policy recently changed so they cant wash dog who are heartworm positive. I look online call a couple other places and ask to speak to grooming manager and find out she probably didn't want to do it. She cant get in trouble which is fine, but let's not lie and waste people's time. Makes it hard to tell if people are genuinely nice

I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members at the grooming department. Unfortunately, they struggled to handle my 14 year old blind dog, which resulted in a job half done. Ironically, our dog has been groomed a this location for many years. As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to feel that they couldn't meet the needs of my furry companion this last visit. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

All I have to say is don’t get your dog groomed here. They will do the opposite of what you asked for. The pictures speak for themselves. What i asked for vs what I got. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Grumpy staff member and bad service! Paid for bath, brushing, trimming nails and hair in between toes and they didn't even do it until I checked and pointed out at pick up. He had a lot of loose hair sitting around his butt / tail that I had to clean up after going home. Clearly overpriced for the quality of service! Had an appointment but the person (Elisabeth) said on phone they're wide open on availability and I can come at any slot as I had many things going. With that information and assurance the night before I went 2 minutes late and she not only cancelled my appointment but told me that I had to come back another day without even checking if it's possible to provide service the same day. When I insisted to check... She went inside and magically their calendar opened up. Why would someone want to go back to such a place with grumpy, unprofessional and unmotivated staff??

Can never take walk ins so they shouldn’t accept them and they close earlier than what their hours are. I showed up at 5:30pm. Google and their website says they close at 7pm and the store said they left at 5pm
