Great place to get your fur baby a doggy spa day ♥️🐶 Janie and the team are absolutely wonderful!! They love fur babies just as if they were their own. We lost our babygirl LaLa in a very unexpected tragedy after leaving them at a different doggy spa. Only God knows why and we do NOT blame the other place but I was not ready to go back there nor did we feel it would be good for her baby brother Meatball. So we took him here and they made us feel so comfortable. Meatball was traumatized after losing his sister but PPP made his experience back at the spa as easy and comforting as they could. Also helping my hubby and I feel ok to leave him there. We ♥️ PPP and the team!

We called last minute for not one but two Golden doodles and they were able to get us in that day. We had never been here and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried about how well our dogs would turn out BUT with that being said the lady at the front desk was extremely kind and they did a wonderful job on our dogs bath and grooming. We asked for a short haircut since summer is here and trust me they were a hot mess when we dropped them off. They definitely had their work cut out for them! Anyways super pleased and we will be returning.

Jose always does a great job on my dog. I love everything about this place. I have been going to them for almost 2 years now. I always have a great experience and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Jose always leaves my dog looking perfect and I always leave my dog with them knowing he is getting treated amazingly. Thank you Jose and staff.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a vet. The staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered, and my pet was treated like just another number. There was zero communication or care — I had to ask every question just to get basic answers. If you actually care about your animal and want someone who does too, I’d look somewhere else.

I was impressed by how clean Pretty Polished Paw is. It smells cleaner and more sterile than a doctor’s office. My sweet 14-week-old teddy bear puppy had her first cut this past Saturday and was so well taken care by the team. She went from a shag rug on legs to this absolutely adorable little princess. She was so comfortable for her first time. We’re coming back every month! I also appreciate the scheduling app to keep me organized.

Friendly staff, and made our timid girl feel comfortable. Did a great job cleaning her and cutting her hair according to her breed and mix. Price is very reasonable as well, we will definitely come back!

Did the self wash for our 2yr old VERY shy Great Pyrenees in need of a good bath and MAJOR blow dry! She did wonderful having never experienced a blow dry before! The facility was clean and the lady working the counter showed us the way back to the large stations, then got us all set up for the big event! The conditioner left Ophelia's hair so soft and smelly good! Half way through rinse the lady came to check on us and brought a brush and scissor to use also! So nice to have a place to take this monster and be able to groom her ourselves! Pricing for the self service was great also for this big Ole girl!
