My experience with this business has been completely unacceptable. I was assured that the products used for my vehicle’s conversion would be high-quality, but what I received was nowhere near what was promised. In my experience, the equipment installed appeared to be low-grade: the bathtub began rusting, the windows were not sealed correctly (allowing rainwater to creep in), and the AC unit stopped working within two weeks of receiving my vehicle. I was told by Joe that I would receive a refund for the AC unit once I returned it. I delivered the unit back on 09/26. By 10/28, instead of processing the refund, I was redirected to the store manager who claimed there were "missing pieces" from the AC unit—something I completely disagree with. My HVAC technician specifically asked for the serial numbers of the supposed missing parts so they could be ordered and replaced, yet no one provided that information. Now it’s 11/20, and I still have not received a refund or a clear response. Weeks have gone by with no progress, no transparency, and no accountability. At this point, it truly feels like once they had my money, the customer service and responsibility disappeared. I’m left without the AC unit and without the refund I was promised. This is not how a reputable business operates. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to think twice before doing business here.

Now it’s 11/20, and I still haven’t heard anything back or gotten my refund. Every time I try to follow up, the responses are super vague or just feel like I’m being brushed off. It’s been weeks with no real answers or accountability, and it honestly feels like they just stopped caring once they got my money. So at this point, I don’t have the AC unit or the refund I was promised. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend going here. I’d definitely think twice before trusting them with anything important or of value.

Purchased a 6X10 trailer from Joe to start my Dog Grooming business and I love it!! My business has taken off, I’m at least 3 weeks booked out. The trailer is the perfect space for my personal salon. I’ve had my trailer for almost 2 years now and haven’t had to replace anything. All my customers are impressed with the look and convenience of my trailer. If you’re looking to start your own business you can’t go wrong with a trailer from Joe!!

Also known as gryphon trailers and u groom conversions. Buyer beware if you can afford to wait for another manufacturer or diy save yourself the headache and do. Since the purchase of the trailer in august I have personally had to remount or reattach all of the interior equipment. The AC leaks and the wiring has failed. The best part is the genius built this trailer on an axle rated for 3,500lbs. Loaded with the water the trailer comes in at 4,500lbs!!! It is going into a shop for a new axle and to be re-wired at our expense! Do you think Joe will return a call about his poor work? Of course not. He’s a con man hack. Stay away. There is a reason why he keep’s changing his business name.

I traveled from Utah to pick up my trailer. When I contact him he was very up front with the time of when he could start and when it would be done and he followed through with the time . When we arrived for my pick up all staff was very helpful joe went over everything twice I do love the look of my trailer and I will gladly do another review after I get home to work in it . U Groom trailers is the newest name Gryphon trailers is doing business under. Google his reviews. The hokey reviews are from local businesses. Joe's reputation for low quality and unresponsive ness is so bad he does business under almost a half dozen names that I know of.

Well-built trailers! They have several models of trailers to choose from and fall are fully customizable! Very satisfied with our recent purchase and I now see why they are well-regarded as one of the best.
