Amazing service, phenomenal staff and very fair price. I always eat at a nearby restaurant a d saw pups n sudz constantly busy. Stopped by with my pup and I am so happy that I did. The team is very kind, have a genuine love for the pets they take care of and treat their customers like gold! Got the pup back and he smelled great, had nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Highly recommend!!

We brought our golden Albus in who was long over due for a grooming. He was a fluffy hot mess. Now he's soft as a stuffed animal. The girls were fantastic and did an amazing job. They were professional, personable, easy to talk to, and absolutely wonderful. The price was great, and we will definitely be back.

I tried to talk to the owner today, Carly. One of her groomers groomed my Pyredoodle and cut her under the eye. Instead of just listening and talking to me about how to prevent this from happening again, the owner placed the blame on me stating that I was not having her groomed often enough. When Kaia was groomed her hair was still fairly short. Instead of receiving an apology it was suggested that I take my dog elsewhere to be groomed. The owner was aggressive and talked over me the entire conversation. There was no accountability and I really feel like the owner just doesn’t care about her customers. We have been taking our dogs here for years but after the way I was talked to today I don’t want to take my dogs here anymore. For the safety of our dogs we have found another groomer. I know that accidents happen but don’t send my dog home with an injury and not even tell me. Shame on you all!

It was so wonderful. My dog hasn't been groomed in a year, and her coat is like thick wool. The mattes were out of control. She's also hydrophobic and was abused by groomers in the past. They did such a fantastic job with Lilly. She looks gorgeous, and when we got home, she wanted to show off her new haircut to the whole neighborhood instead of her usual hiding and sulking for the day. I am so grateful!!

It is an excellent facility and the employee was so helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed, help lift our dogs in and out and had a true love of dogs. Great experience and will definitely be back!

We take our Aussie doodle here and have been so happy with how he looks. They are friendly and the groomer is so patient and does an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Pups and Suds in Mechanicsville is the only place we will take our standard poodle Pepper to be groomed!! From the minute you walk in the door, (It smells amazing), to the staff loving on your pet like they are family! And when you pick your pet up, your pup wants to still stay with them lol !! This place is absolutely amazing and we can’t say it enough!! If you want a trustworthy, loving atmosphere to take your fur baby, go to this location!!
