First visit with our boy and couldn’t be happier! Thanks bunches MaryBeth. He looks so shiny and smells fantastic, even a week out. We appreciate you understanding that this was his first experience with a groomer and that he is still a puppy. The extra love you gave him made for a calm and positive experience. Will definitely be back in a couple months.

Krysten has groomed my dogs for a long long time. They are always beautifully groomed and smell amazing. There is NOTHING wrong with this facility or with Krysten’s treatment of the animals. My dogs love coming here.

Krysten is an extremely professional well rounded person that cares for everyone’s pets. I have been going to her for a number of years now and would never go to another location after the care the dogs receive. This is a time consuming and difficult career that takes a professional hand to handle the needs of all animals. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to treat my dogs with great care. I would highly recommend anyone stop by for an appointment. Good people!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! It is super cute and spotless inside. The owner is awesome and it is obvious she really cares about your pet. It was also very easy to set an appointment. We will definitely be returning!

Calliope before and after. Kristen and staff do a lovely job!! Calliope is NOT a fan of grooming and they still have her! I'm grateful and as long as they'll have us I'll never take her anywhere else!!! I highly recommend!!!!

My cats Stormi and Smokey love coming here to get their nails trimmed and mats shaved! It’s a very calming environment and Krysten takes her time and comforts the cats. It’s clean and smells good in the facility. I also noticed she has pet friendly essential oils diffusing to help calm the animals! Really adds to the spa experience. So cute!

Unless you have a 'good cat', and by that I mean a highly trained and 'easy to groom' cat, do not trust this location with your feline fur babies. My friend had her cats, my furry god children, groomed at this location after doing extensive research on high rated groomers in the area. I have been with these cats and interacted with them on several occasions. The three cats that received service at this location were all adopted from shelters. Kingston is the 3 year old long hair, Scotty is the orange and white 1 year old short hair, and Selene is the 1 year old black short hair. They don't have any behavioral problems, except what you would normally expect when it comes to say visiting a vet, and are very well behaved. They are not feral. Cat anxiety is normal. While Kingston and Selene are very much people cats, Scotty can be a bit skittish. But none of them have ever acted 'feral' or 'attacked' me. She sent over all their information so the business had all three's information on file. The cat's personalities were discussed well in advance to their grooming session, including that the two 1 year old cats had never been groomed before. She emphasized that she only wanted them bathed, and that only if the cats allowed it and weren't stressed - to cut their nails and give them a trim. When she when to pick them up - the cats were in their carriers and were placed haphazardly by the door. One of them even upside down. The groomer herself was the one that did check out and took payment. She claimed she had been 'severely injured', but I would have thought that she would have rushed to the doctor or the hospital, or have been bandaged up when my friend arrived. The condition of the cats wasn't seen until after pick up and getting home, and paying $260. Kingston was haphazardly shaved in different spots, not fully groomed, wasn't even bathed, and had been sitting in is own pee in his carrier for who knows how long. Scotty, also not groomed, had cuts on his face as well as his footpads. Selene, who is normally a very people cat and will even wear a harness, was not groomed, is skittish and won't let anyone touch her sides now. She was supposedly the vicious one. And all three have bloody, uneven, too short cut nails to where they limp when walking, and are highly stressed almost constantly. To my knowledge as someone who has had pets all of their life and worked with animals for a good bit of it as well - if an pet being groomed starts giving too much trouble or getting too stressed, standard procedure is to stop the grooming, and contact the owner. After seeing their state and hearing her response, neither of which were done. She claimed that for Kingston's case that 'cats frequently defecate upon traveling and grooming'. Yes, but only if they are in extreme stress. I've travelled with cats extensively, sometimes 2 - 8 hours. Funny enough, all of my own cats are adopted from the streets. None of them have messed up in their carriers on trips. $260 - For 3 botched grooms, traumatized fur children, and multiple very expensive vet visits. While technically my own cats have not been groomed by this location, after seeing the damage done to my god-furchildren there is no way I will ever take my own to this business.
