Blake always take care of our fur baby. We have been taking our dog to Blake for almost a year and we have never been disappointed. He takes his time and is a true professional and a master of his craft. Blake is very accommodating and produces the best results whenever our baby is in his hands. This is the second time I took my dog to them and they didn’t do everything I booked for, she didn’t smell good when I picked her up, her breath still smelled the same, and they didn’t cut enough hair off like I asked ! I recommend the one on Winchester.

I called before going in as I wanted to see about getting my dogs nails trimmed & I spoke w/ John. John was very helpful & told me I needed my dogs vet records to have proof of rabies shots. I immediately called my vet & they emailed me the info & I went to pet smart & I was greeted when I walked in the door by Annabelle & she told me I could go in the grooming area. Natalie & sara trimmed my 2 dog's nails & Alexander ( zandra) was sweeping the floor where they do grooming! Everyone gave awesome customer service 👏 👌 & I highly recommend them! I will definitely be returning for nail trimming! Natalie & Sara were both very professional & knew how to handle my dog's! I had a very bad experience @ another business last year & going to pet smart @ poplar and ridgeway was a very great decision! The price was good! Nothing could of been any better from the time I walked in until I left!

It was the most HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with a groomer and store manager!!! I’ve been going there for a while, but my regular groomer was not there!! I gave perfectly clear instructions about not cutting her hair too short but she did!! When I came to pick her up she looked like she had been scalped!!!!! The groomer and store manager just said to just payed because it’s not like they can put back on and laughed about the situation!!! They really very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone going there!!!

I had a great experience! The staff is friendly and helpful! The grooming service was great for my pup!!!

Honestly, I’ve never had my pets grooming there, but I have watched them to growing and from what I thought everything was great

Booked my appointment here since my bog was a pup drove 45 minutes here today 6/10/23 at my appointment time 5:30 only to be told it’s to late in the day to wash my dog (said the lady with big holes in her ear )I mean what the hell I was told I was given many called since the open pulled out my phone no miss calls from anyone here I been coming here for some time now and that’s my last time grooming or over night at this location get another dam job if you don’t want to do this one never again
