PetSmart Grooming

Took my dog for a simple bath and nail trim. Groomer said she couldn't trim my dogs nails because he was difficult. He's 6 years old and has had many baths and nail trims with no complaints about him being difficult. She was young and inexperienced, seemed nervous. Won't go there again. Plus they choke your dog with their leash, he was distressed. I felt bad for him.

I had my puppy groomed here. It was her first time here. We recently moved from another state. I specifically chose Israel because he is a senior groomer. I received a call from him that the service was finished after 4 hrs. He said my dog didnt like to be touched especially the facial area. . He said he normally asks for extra charge due to my dog being difficult. So i picked her up. Just right after pick up, i knew she wasn't feeling well. She was uneasy and immediately pooped with green stuff. When we got home, she threw up several times. Im not sure if she was given something there or she got so stressed. Israel could have done something to her. This is not her first time getting a haircut in a pet smart but first time in this location. I am not taking my dog there again.

I have a 5 lbs Yorkie, they put the slip leash around his neck and questioned me when I asked him not to. I had to move it myself after it had been pulled once. I have had two dogs die from collapsed trach but was told "That's common practice" to which my response was "it shouldn't be". So many times I was told "That's common practice" about things that could and would harm my teeny tiny dog. They are not equipped to handle small dogs safely. I have been trying to give them a chance for YEARS because the rest of the store and team is awesome. The groomer should just stop though. Hire someone in there with knowledge or stop trying. I surely am done trying. I didn't even leave him to be groomed this morning because I can't have another dog get hurt or worse die from neglegance of a groomer.

Went in for door dash. Customer service was awesome. I picked up live food. Order was selected when I arrived. Crunchy, juicy, selections were then corralled for delivery. Customers were very happy, as I'm sure were the diners. Thank you PetSmart for keeping your customers happy and door dash keeping your hungry babies in fast food. 😊

The groomer Vanessa is an idiot, don't have her help you.. she's a girl who wants to be a guy but can't man up. Couldn't trim a chihuahuas nails, wooo,,,, to ferocious. He was sedated.

My Husky has a sensitive stomach, needed speacial treats, and food have large variety and knowlegable employees, if you have questions.

This has to be the worst location ever, no employees are ever around when you need help. Have you standing around for ever just to have someone help. I rather drive further away than come here.
