Took our 4 year old English Setter/ Springer Spaniel mix in for his first grooming. Janae was amazing. I had gone in 6 weeks prior looking for a groomer and Omar treated me with kindness and respect. He told me they normally book pretty far out and he wasn't sure if they could take on any more dogs at that time but to send a text and talk to Janae. I sent a text to Janae with a picture of our dog. She responded immediately and said she would take him on and she scheduled his appointment. The salon is clean and bright and I cannot say enough great things about Janae and Omar. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the needs of different breeds. They definitely know what they are doing! Our dog has never looked better. We already booked our next appointment and we could not be more pleased that we found such a great pet salon!

I love Janae and her husband. I used to take my pups to PetsMart & they always had so much anxiety. My daughter in law told me about Janae & I’m so glad I listened. Janae is the best kept secret in Merced. I have been a client for 3 or 4 years. All the dogs are out front and very comfortable, that says a whole lot to me. Happy babies make a very happy momma🩵🐾

Janae and Omar are great owners of this Pet Salon, they're kind and great at what they do! My Lab mix needed her claws trimmed badly and they did it quick and clean.

Janae is awesome. My German Shepard only allows them to trim his nails. I will always use them. Services are outstanding.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about janae and her shop! We have been taking our dogs to her for a little over a year now and I can’t come up with one negative thing to say. Janae truly cares for every single dog in her care as if they were part of her family, which is SO important to us as we love our dogs like we love our human children! We have a tiny little terrier, a very fluffy Newfoundland and an equally hairy Great Pyrenees that we bring to janae (we live in the country) and when they walk in they look a mess, but they walk out looking like a million dollars. She pays attention to every detail from ear to tail and we could not be more impressed with her. Her costs are very reasonable considering the amount of work she puts into her clients. The biggest sign that this is a caring shop is our dogs don’t "put on their brakes" as we walk them into her salon......as they have done with other shops here in town. Simply a wonderful, wonderful pet salon!!
