Shadow's Paw Wash

Went in for an appointment for a self wash with my husky Mac. Wash was great they provide everything you’d need to help get a good wash done with your dogs. Mac hates to have his toes touched and will have a fit when trying to trim his nails. They helped get them trimmed up in a hurry can’t rate them high enough! Thank you!

We love coming to this doggie wash, it's our favorite in the area. Dog is always beautiful after even though he's a little shy. Owner is very kind and good with dogs. We plan to keep on coming here 💙 Lo even received a new bandana and treats after his wash. We're very happy! 😁

Extremely upset. The lady who groomed our dog on Tuesday 12/2 did a good job however I noticed multiple nicks on our dog and tonight noticed blood. Her hair is long so it wasn’t noticeable until tonight when I was petting her on her chest. I expressed my concerns in the notes and upon arrival that I have prior trauma from other groomers cutting our dogs nipples. I should’ve known and brought my dog home as soon as I showed up, as the groomer did not seem interested or happy to groom my excited 1 year old German shepherd. I expressed to the groomer that she gets very excited but is an extremely friendly, sweet girl. When we showed up to pick up our dog, the groomer was quiet and seemed annoyed. I asked how our dog did and she said she eventually settled down and they "came to terms". I specifically said before drop off that if there were any issues, to please call me for any reason. I’m upset that this place was recommended to me by our neighborhood group, and upset that nothing was mentioned about cutting our dog. I should’ve read the energy in the room when dropping her off and the groomer said "she needs to tone it down a few notches" (to my dogs excitement) and should’ve just gone home. Never again.

I found a gem of a pup wash at Shadows in Meridian, Idaho. I can't say enough about how wonderful my Nova looks after she is groomed by Alex. She can be a little crazy and bark at times. But they have so much patience with her. I appreciate that so much 🙂 Your pup will be well taken care of here.

Wonderful place to bring your dog and do it yourself, very very clean friendly. That’s why I’m going back. I love the shampoos and the perfume or cologne.

Had trip to dog park and my two dogs were so dirty. I was able to go and get my dogs cleaned very quickly. Very nice people who went out of their way to help me get my pups clean again. Have plan for dog park trip today and an appt here to follow.

We found this amazing little spot on accident and so glad we did! Not only are the self wash facilities perfect, but so is their grooming! Alex took my 7 month old puppy and transformed her from a shaggy mut to a beautiful little princess! Ellie will definitely continue to come back for every grooming! I can't rate them high enough! Very sweet and loving with animals, even my wiggly puppy!
