Lisa’s Doghouse

My girlfriend took her 2 Shihtzus to Lisa's, and I took my previous Shihtzu there. May all 3 rest in Peace. After some time, we looked at another Shihtzu, and somehow came home with her and her brother; Cupid and Romeo! For 7 or more years we have trusted Lisa's Doghouse with our furry family members. We have NEVER been disappointed. Sure they are busy, because they are that good! All the dogs and owners we've EVER seen there appear happy! We love going to pick up our dogs on the occasions that they are off leash, running around playing with a friend or two they've met over the years. It's such a happy environment! For anyone to even insinuate that they mistreat animals or are mean to our pets is absolutely absurd and speaks volumes of the reviewer. I'm pretty sure that our Romeo has urinated on everybody there at least once. He's still young and has that excitement issue, Lol! They still love him and and hold him without fear, and sometimes they pay the consequences. We absolutely love Lisa's dog house. You can trust them!

I was trying to get my dog a hair appt. Where she usually goes and they would not return my call. I found Lisa’s doghouse and look at the reviews. She had good reviews so far I took my dog that was overdue for her hair cut and they did a awesome job. She looks so different and beautiful. I love it ❤️ Here’s a before and after picture

Best dog groomer in the area. Love Lisa’s Dog house. Fair prices. Take great care of my dog. He even gets a little bandana after his bath and cute.

We have found our new grooming salon! They are so nice there and this is the first time she ever looked super cute after the groomers! I was hesitant to go super short but they definitely made her look adorable! Will only go here from now on!

LISAS DOG HOUSE MADE MY DOGS BLEED. After picking up my dog we noticed his paws were bleeding from being trimmed too short. When I called to see who the groomer was, Lisa THE OWNER answered, and was very rude. Claiming that it was our fault for having a difficult dog when never once have we been told of this. Told us if we were unhappy to go elsewhere never once got an apology after they acknowledged they hurt our dog. Lisa claims to have the motto we treat your dogs as our own yet is unapologetic when injuring them, shameful.

We have been customers for 5 years and were very pleased. Then our dog hot a shabby haircut and we told them we were not pleased with it, instead of owning up, the young man who works there tells us our dog wiggles too much and is hard to cut. Then the owner states that if we want a shorter version, it would be easier to do. I agreed to go shorter. Again, no apology. When we picked our dog up, the owner, nor the young man working addressed us. They ignored us completely. I always give a 20% tip, so I decided it is time to go elsewhere. Our dog was not happy there. 😢

Very pleased with Lisa's. They groomed both of our standard poodles. Prompt with appointments, did a great job, dogs looked great. Reasonable price, too.
