Petco Grooming

They RUINED my dog's tail. My dog had a beautiful, long, fluffy tail and they chopped it down to a stub. It was NOT matted or adhering her at all. They chopped it off because they wanted to and I hate it. My baby doesn't even look like my baby anymore. She loves to chase her tail and rub her long tail on people she loves, she loves when I run my hand along her tail and now she can't! It barely even WAGS! I would understand if it was matted or objecting anything but it was NOT. I brush her all the time, including her tail, and It's curly and sits up so it's not blocking anything or getting like pee and poop on it. ALSO, they admittedly didn't do all of the things I paid for. I paid for the bath (not bath and haircut so why did they even cut her tail in the first place???) and shed release + which is supposed to include double shed release shampoo, blow dry, 15 min brush + second brush, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, nail trim, scented spritzs, teeth brushing and nail buffing. They didn't clean her ears, do the second brush, being her teeth, buff her nails, or do the spritz...what did I pay for then? Lana and I will NEVER return and I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

I am so happy that I found Katrina at Petco in Riverview Shopping Center. She grooms my little terrier Izzy beautifully, exactly like the photos I showed her when I first came in. Her nail trims are great, too. Izzy loves Katrina which tells me something! I would recommend Petco Grooming and especially Katrina for anyone looking for a quality, kind, reasonably priced groomer.

The ladies took special care of my 6 month old puppies showing them great patience and love to help them get over their intial fears of being in a new place. They were so understanding with needing to move slow with them. Then a pickup time my girls were so happy to see me but they also had already become friendly with the ladies that took care of them. Love the staff. Thank you for taking great care of Princess and my Gizmo. ( he passed away a few months ago) I never left a review about how caring and understanding your salon was to him getting older and being harder to groom but the girls their still took GREAT CARE OF MY BUDDY I will forever be grateful and loyal to this location

Kaitlind is the best, she has been taking care of my dogs for almost 8 years. I trust her with my pups, she does an amazing job!

Jesica is always so kind and patient. Even when it is busy, and things appear hectic. She is always the calm, friendly person I am excited to see. She always makes Annie look her best, even when her owner (my daughter) doesn't keep up brushing her. She has been shaved, long. And everything in between, and she is always adorable. We appreciate Jesica and her skills! ❤️
