PetSmart Grooming

Tried to call and book my dog an appointment to get him caught up on his vaccinations as he just moved in with me after living with my parents for most his life, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. It was my first time ever attempting to book my dog with a vet, and so I had a lot of questions trying to figure out what exactly to do and she was rude the entire time, talking to me as if i was a child and then told me that i wouldn't be able to bring him, that it had to be my parents, and before I could ask for her to elaborate or that I could explain that my parents lived a state away, she hung up. Absolutely horrible service and I won't be bringing my dog here.

Horrible experience every time. I’m still waiting on a picture that was part of a doggy package promised around Valentine’s Day. If you value your time and energy, I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

I paid for the fall pampering package and initially I did Not receive the handkerchief, toy, or coupon book. Now I can't even be sure that they used the premium soaps or cologne spritz. When I walked in to pick up my pet and all of these items were missing, I thought, maybe I forgot to add the package. But then I was charged for the fall package at the register, so I had to walk back to the salon and ask for all of the missing items I PAID FOR. And the bath and brush took them 4 hours for a 5lb short haired chihuahua! Lexi S was listed as the stylist but now I can't even be sure if that's true either.

They always do a great job on my dog.

They do a great job and my dog seems to really enjoy going. She gets excited when I pull into the parking lot and goes straight to her groomer without issue.

I donated alot of cat food. They were very appreciative. It meant to me that it's going for good cause.
