We absolutely loved our first time here. We actually were going to the Carrollton Ave. location but we were told our morkie was too hard to bathe and she had been there 5 hours!!! We chose this location and Tierra had both our American Bully "Fat Man" and our Morkie "Daisey Mae" done and looking and smelling great in under 2 & 1/2 hours!!! We were beyond blown away with Tierra's professionalism and we will not go anywhere else!!
Kel and Sherri have groomed my dog and have done an excellent job. Both are extremely caring and professional. They are very quick to let me know if there is anything going on with my dog while he’s being groomed and let me know any options I may have. I trust both of them with my dog very much; I know my pup is being taken care of. He’s a husky so his coat can be a bit much for me to handle myself so it’s nice to be able to bring him somewhere I know he’ll have a good experience at. Amber is also extremely nice and caring. Price wise, I feel like it’s on par or better than other groomers. I have vital care premium so I get 20% off grooming services which is nice, and after so many grooming services you actually get a free one. Definitely something I tell my friends that own pets about

Jennifer did an excellent job with my dog, Roux’s, grooming. This was her first big haircut so she still had a lot of puppy hair that was getting matted easily, no matter how much I brushed her. Jennifer was able to shave her perfectly. My puppy looks adorable! The grooming salon here always gives us excellent service and infant
Petco does an excellent job!!! My Dog Maxx gets all excited for his grooming appointment. He loves Amber and the crew !!! He loves to kiss all of them!!
I absolutely love coming into this store. They treat my fur baby as one of their own. I leave there knowing that my poops is being taken care of with no worries. Jennifer is the best! She makes sure my boy has top notch grooming services and the entire team is wonderful. Teiarra and Cyndi are both incredible too for always looking after him!!
