My experience went very well. Milo was happy to see Sandra. Sandra is the best n she gave Milo a handsome haircut . We had a great first visit — we were well oriented, and Fudge got his first bath along with a little trim to help him get used to the place and the grooming process. On his second visit, he had a full grooming session, and trust me, he’s rocking his new look! I really appreciate the groomer’s patience and style — they clearly know how to handle pets with care .. Huge shoutout to Sandra for delivering a 10/10 service! 🌟 Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience exceptional. Also, major respect to the owner of this place — taking the extra initiative to connect with customers and foster a strong sense of business ethics. It truly sets this place apart. 👏🔥

I would avoid this place if you care about the quality of your dog’s grooming. We’re new to town and chose this place based on their "great" Google reviews. Unfortunately, we later learned they encourage 5-star reviews by offering free treats, which makes those ratings feel misleading. At drop-off, we provided clear instructions and a reference photo from our dog’s previous groom. I understand that every groomer has a different style and skills, but for $120 plus tip (a price that wasn’t disclosed until the end of the appointment), I expected a reasonably professional result. When we picked him up, the haircut looked nothing like what we requested. His head was completely shaved, and the cuts were choppy and uneven across his body and face. It honestly looked rushed and poorly executed. Our dog is professionally groomed every month, and we maintain his coat every couple of days, so matting or maintenance wasn’t an issue. I contacted the owner afterward to share feedback. They promised an explanation from the groomer and a full refund the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unexpected pricing, and subpar grooming quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to responsible pet owners looking for careful, professional grooming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Woof Gang Metuchen is the best, and I have to give a special shout-out to Charlene! She is truly on point every single time with Chloe’s grooming. She knows exactly how I love Chloe’s cut, and she always delivers it perfectly. More than that, Charlene understands Chloe’s anxiety and treats her with so much patience and love that Chloe feels comfortable and safe in her care. Chloe absolutely adores her, and it shows—she always comes out looking beautiful and happy. Charlene has a gift not only with Chloe but with every pup she grooms. I couldn’t ask for a better groomer, and I’m so grateful for her! 💜🐾 Highly recommend Woof Gang Metuchen and especially Charlene for anyone who wants their fur baby cared for like family.

This is the first time I use this place, and it will not be the last time. I loved the groomer, and the Girl greeted me at the front desk, with such kindness and happiness that it made the experience. Even better. They are reasonably priced, and they treated my Lulu like a queen. I already booked my appointment for next month. Thanks girls. Second time I have used this place and will keep coming to these girls. They are super and treat my Lulu like a princess . Thanks girls for making my Lulu look great .

This was the first time we used Woof Gang for grooming services. The only time I’ve gone to the store was to buy treats for my do. We were very happy with everything. I was able to easily book an appointment online the day before. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My doggie was groomed well and smelling wonderful!
