Miami Beach Pet Spa

We’ve been going to the MB Pet Spa at Alton & 41st St for over 10 years. We have 5 little dogs, so we visit the spa every week. Grace and her staff are amazing. They care so much about the dogs and it shows in their work. I highly recommend them.

Overpriced and very unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for three days just to get an appointment and a response from this business, and Grazia and her team completely ignored my messages. Apparently, you’re not welcome here unless you commit to grooming your dog every six weeks. They claim it’s because dogs’ coats can get matted — which is clearly not the case for my dog, whose coat is always in excellent condition. I explained that I travel frequently and can’t commit to their "membership," but they still refused to accommodate me. It’s very unprofessional to leave a client’s request unanswered. For future reference, study your prospective clients — not everyone falls into the same basket. Overall, a disappointing experience. Miami Beach Pet Spa.

I'm so glad they opened up in our neighborhood! My dog LOVES coming here, and enjoys all the pampering she gets during her spa treatments. Besides the regularly scheduled grooms, we use their self grooming station - set up with all the wonderful products they use. We even had a 1 on 1 training the first time I self groomed my dog to make sure I was properly grooming her. Just a wonderful business and team - they treat my dog with such care.

Love the whole team. I have been with them for 3+ years. Bona always looks sharp, and goes in and out with his tail wagging. They also gave me a number of very useful practical tips over the years as well about health and coat care. 10/10 for me.

I rarely write reviews but I’m so upset.my dog is 12 years old Maltipoo who gets groomed about every other month. Never had any issues before when I had groomer coming to my house.There was no biting nor whining. These guys cut her skin twice (paw last time and ear this time) and claim that she keeps biting and to sedated her before grooming. She has been groomed hundreds of times before which just shows that the issue is not my dog but the groomer.I would bite you too if you cut me.And to say that all of a sudden she needs to be sedated after 12 years is absurd. I will never take her back there again!!!

Our Bella has been a loyal customer for almost ten years. They are the best, very attentive and accomodating to her senior dog care needs. She leaves looking like a show dog😍 even at her age of 15!

My Scottie has been terrified in the past of dog groomers. Something must have happened! We decided to come to MB Pet Spa and Grace called me saying that she didn't want to groom her with shears, just wash and detangle and get her used to not being afraid! What a relief this place is and not the usual at all! Excellent
