I’ve been coming here for a while and they never disappoint. I love that my dog always looks great and is treated with so much care. The staff is kind, and you can tell they really love animals. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring that both Piruli and I felt comfortable. The groomers are not only skilled but also genuinely love what they do, which made me feel at ease leaving my furry friend in their hands. Piruli came out looking absolutely fabulous and so happy! The attention to detail in grooming, along with the care they took to keep him calm and relaxed, truly impressed me. It's clear that this is a place where pets are treated like family. I have been patronizing this establishment for over 12 months now and their service is the best in Miami. They generally care about your pets as if it’s is their own. They are always accommodating to any needs that are requested and always provide service with a smile.

I will never go to another groomer! Absolutely love this place. Good people, good prices, great service, treat my doggies well. I have 2 yorkies- a puppy boy and an adult girl. Love the way that their hair is cut, they smell good, cute bows for the girls and bandanas for the boys. The owner, Elena is the biggest sweetheart. You can truly see she has a genuine love for dogs. She sold me a beautiful, CKC registered Yorkie male. He is healthy and a genuine Yorkie. I am so happy to have found this salon and you will be happy too!

Will not be going back. They did not know how properly groom my dog. Left her with cuts and razor burn all over her body and face. Not sure what happened but I dropped her off early in the morning and they called me six hours later to pick her up. My dog was not acting the same when picked up she just hid in the corner under a table in my house for the rest of the day. My dog has been getting groomed every three weeks for the last 2 years. She’s used to being groomed and has never responded like this. I went here cause the reviews were good and my groomer canceled on me last minute due to an emergency. But never again. I was shocked at her appearance when I picked her up as I was not expecting the results. They simply said "oh well". Nice people good prices but do not know how to properly groom the schnauzer breed.

Ken and Dolly always does a great job on Honey not only in how they groomer her, but also in how they take care of her. Honey is never anxious to go there. This is the only groomer I trust with my dog.

I’ve been taking my Havanese Bennie for about 4 years now. And they always do such a great job with his grooming. Staff is very nice and quick. would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10 service
