Grace takes the time to thoroughly explain how to use the ozone cleaning machines effectively and safely. But that's not all - she also shares advice on brushing techniques and ear care, demonstrating genuine passion for canine well-being. The ozone technology itself is amazing! It leaves my furry friends feeling fresh and clean without harsh chemicals. Grace's expertise, combined with cutting-edge technology, makes for a truly exceptional experience. Hi there! I’m a pet sitter and have been coming here for several months now. This place is amazing and super affordable, it is not inhumane nor cruel. All the pets that I have brought have left super clean. If you are doubting it, take the leap. It doesn’t not make you lazy or cheap. If you have a big dog like the ones I bring, it saves you tons of time and the hassle. The shampoo is vegan and paraben free so it does not hurt your pets eyes. As I said before this place is amazing and the owner Grace goes above and beyond for every pet that goes in and instructs you on how the machine works.

Waste of time. Looked it up and took my dog here on Monday morning early - as Monday is a very busy day to only find out that it’s not self service for your first time. I wasted a commute and time to learn that! Teach me how to use the machines? Please there are self service machines all over. I don’t need a lecture and I must definitely didn’t need to come all the way to your facility to nothing. To your response: While you might have clever machines you seem to forgot to mention anywhere on your website (social media) the need to "book" the first apt. It sure advertisers self service 24/7 but perhaps "please call this number before 1st session" would be helpful. And yes figuring out how to operate unfamiliar machines or just following written instructions is certainly an advantage. It’s not nasa

We love this place, it’s clean, easy, inexpensive and Gracie the owner, always extremely helpful. She has all the tools necessary and has the patience to teach all the dog parents how the process works. My sweet Princess Rosie is very relaxed while getting cleaned. I highly recommend this place to bathe your dog👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

I don’t have enough words to praise this place enough!!. Grace, the owner, greeted us and walked us through the whole process from the beginning to end but not only that, she truly took the time to teach me how to brush our Samoyed Stella daily to avoid having her look like how she walked in for future washes which I never even knew I was brushing her wrong. She took so much time out of her day and dedicated it to Stella to make sure we know how to take care of her daily and for that I can’t express enough gratitude. Any dog owner that truly loves their dog should absolutely come here to truly understand from a professional how to take care of their breed, Grace cares so much about dogs I genuinely can’t thank her enough for what she’s taught me and how much better and healthier our Samoyed is doing now thanks to her, especially with her heavy coat in Miami, God bless her and don’t ever hesitate in bringing your pup to this place!! 10/10 for Grace and if you love your dog this is the spot to go to!! Highly recommend and will no longer use a groomer thanks to her advice. Thank you so much Grace 🙏

Amazing place. The owner not only helps but teaches you how to bath and continue to take care of your furbaby !! My dog just sits there and enjoy it ❤️
