We had such a wonderful experience getting our Yorkie’s teddy bear cut! 🐶✂️ The grooming turned out absolutely excellent—so neat, soft, and perfectly styled. You can really tell how much care and attention Yoli put into the hair cut. My daughter is especially happy with the cut, and she hasn’t stopped smiling since we picked our pup up! 💕 It means so much to see her so excited. Thank you Yoli !!! ❤️🙏

My puppy has been four times now to this groomer and not only do they do excellent work at a fair price but it’s evident that they truly care for each pet as if it was their own. They make my puppy feel safe, secure, and loved. Five stars

Guys this is the BEST grooming saloon in Miami. My family owns 3 Yorkies and have trusted this place for a long time. I adopted this cute boy a little ago. This was his first grooming and Yoly was a sweetheart. Look how handsome Cody looks!

I strongly advise avoiding this business due to their complete lack of accountability and professionalism when a dog is injured in their care. I initially brought my dog here for grooming and shortly afterward noticed he would not allow me to touch his ears. I took him to the veterinarian the following day, where the doctor confirmed that both of his ears had been cut as a result of poor grooming. That vet visit cost me $430, directly due to their negligence. Despite this, I chose not to confront the business at the time and continued using their services, hoping this was an isolated incident. I also made it very clear going forward that they needed to be extra cautious with his ears but never shared the fact that I went to the vet even though I have the receipt from the visit. Unfortunately, one year later, the same thing happened again. My dog’s grooming was not only botched but once again both of his ears were cut in multiple spots. He is now walking lopsided, cries when his ears are touched, and refuses to play- the same symptoms he experienced the first time. He is clearly in pain. When I informed the business that I would like to speak with the owner, I was met with shocking unprofessionalism and a complete lack of empathy. The owner refused to take accountability, stating, "if I were to take accountability for every vet bill, I would be out of business." That statement alone speaks volumes. Instead of addressing the injuries, she made sarcastic and dismissive comments, including suggesting my dog may have gone swimming- which is not possible as we do not have a pool. I personally showed her his visible lacerations on his ears as well as videos of him crying and walking unevenly. She still denied responsibility and offered nothing other than fixing the UNEVEN haircut at no additional charge, as if that somehow resolved the injury to my dog! I even suggested she speak directly with the veterinarian next door or review a doctor’s note confirming the injuries were caused by their poor grooming. Her response was that the veterinarian "wouldn’t know" whether grooming caused the injuries… effectively questioning a licensed medical professional. The first time this occurred, I absorbed the financial and emotional cost because I try to avoid conflict. This time, I refuse to stay silent. My dog was under your care and now he is hurt. The owner stated that she wasn’t the individual who cut my dog and proceeded to put her employee on the spot in front of other clients mind you and said, "I don’t know if you want to eat the cost for this but I will not take the financial hit for something I did not do" It was only after I stated that I would dispute the charge through American Express and pursue legal action that she finally agreed to refund the grooming. With a foul attitude of course. Demanding I say please. Joke of a lady. As pet owners, it is our responsibility to protect our animals from harm, and I would be doing my community a disservice if I did not share this experience. If your dog is mistreated at this establishment, do not expect accountability, compassion, or integrity. Based on my experience, this business prioritizes money over the well-being of the animals in their care.
