Orange Grooming

I have taken my dog Juno to be groomed here a couple times and everything has been fine, now I took him and he was returned very sad and frightened with a some scars on his head, and redness around his eyes, which seem to be red bumps that were not there before. I am disappointed with his cut, his hair is shorter than it was last time and he did not receive the regular schnauzer cut. Very displeased will definitely not return.

Took my dog Poppi for the first time this past week and she’s never looked better! They understood my requests perfectly and she came out looking absolutely adorable after a quick grooming. She is normally nervous at the groomer and was so happy when we picked her up! EDIT: the past two times I took my dog here there were issues and it took over 3 hours for grooming. The first time they cut her and left two red spots on her. I thought it was a one time accident. This time, my dog was terrified and the employees were extremely rude when I complained about how long she had been there. Afterward, my dog has been extremely attached to me and upset, won’t eat and is constantly licking herself. I will Not be returning and am extremely upset with this customer service.

My dog was in desperate need of grooming service and Orange grooming saved the day! extremely accommodating, same-day last minute appointment, and reasonable pricing. Thank you for making my furry friend look tame again!

Omg had the worst experience today brought my dog in at 9 o’clock this morning and my dog still wasn’t ready by 5:30. I have never experienced this before and I only had to pay $67 only for a Wash wow. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

This place is amazing. Serious recognition to Victor. I have an innocent looking 5lb Morkie with so much anxiety that he sees anyone with a bath or scissors as a threat - and he naturally responds with a very dangerous bite ( I get bit trying to muzzle him). Ollie was in bad shape. I brought him here as a last resort. Victor calmed him and groomed my fur baby back to health. Thank you so much!

Let’s start with their site. There is a very clear option to book an appointment but when you text/call they don’t take appointments just first come first serve. I’ve been there before and it would have been easy to look up my account. I got there around 9 am right after they opened. No one greeted me, I was just asked for my last name and told the poodle/doodle prices have "gone up". I was told it would cost $250 to simply shave my M/L poodle down. I’ve had poodles for over 10 years and it has never cost more than $150 for a haircut. Let alone simply shaving them down. Ethical dog groomers charge by the dog size. Maybe an extra charge if dematting or extra services are required but this is egregious. 0/10 would not recommend. Clearly they care more about milking their clients than being a reputable business.

Amazing!!! I have a husky… her hair can be alot to deal with! she always comes back home looking the best. Shiny hair, smells so fresh and clean, and her hair is always brushed beautifully! I wouldn’t take her anywhere else… also She gets excited to see the other animals inside. First pic is before… second pic is after 🤩 definitely recommend!!
