I cannot say enough amazing things about Aylee! She is truly such a kind, caring, and wonderful person who genuinely loves every dog she works with. From the moment I drop my dog off, I feel completely comfortable knowing he is in the best hands. She treats him like her own and always makes the whole experience so positive and stress-free. He comes home looking great after his haircut and bath, and the best part is he is always so happy and playful when I pick him up. It means so much to know he enjoys being there. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, talented, and who truly cares about your pet!

I’ve been bringing my pets to Scotty Paws Resort for several years, and I couldn’t be happier. Aylee, the owner, is amazing—kind, reliable, and truly cares about every pet. She has helped me with grooming, pet sitting at home, daycare, and boarding, and I always feel at ease knowing my pets are in great hands. They’re always happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

It was my first time boarding my dog at this location, and I was very happy with the service and care we both received. The place was clean, well-organized, and the instructions on what to bring were clear and thoughtful—they really helped make the transition easier for my dog and made it feel more like home. Aylee was wonderful and very attentive. She quickly noticed that my dog was a picky eater and reached out to let me know she wasn’t eating. I really appreciated being kept informed. She also sent daily pictures and even a video showing how my dog was doing, which gave me great peace of mind while away. I definitely recommend this place. It’s clear that Aylee truly cares about the animals and takes care of them with genuine love and attention.

Very nice lady. However she is not experienced with larger dogs. I had to go back multiple times to help. She did a great job on the bath, he smelt amazing and his fur was super soft! Unfortunately when she did the nail grinding, she did not go back to the quick. If you don't , it will not retract and therefore is pointless. They grow too long and start to hurt the dog. To top it off the website says $25 for a new client. That apparently was only for February, even though it doesn't say that anywhere. It actually is only a deposit to come off for the appointment. But there is no other way to pay for it or set it up online.

Aylee is hands-down the best! She worked wonders with June, who is usually terrified of baths and nail trims. June returned home happy, pampered, and smelling like a dream. It is such a relief to find someone so patient and talented. 10/10—do yourself a favor and book with Aylee!
