I can tell you right away—this place and Dina deserve every single one of those 5 stars. I’ve been taking my mini poodle Oliver to Woof Gang The Falls and specifically booking with Dina, and the experience has been consistently amazing. From the moment we walk in, everything feels efficient, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The turnaround time is impressively fast, but never at the expense of quality. Dina is incredible at what she does—Oliver comes out looking so handsome every single time. His coat is perfectly styled, fluffy, and clean, and you can tell she really pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. He gets groomed every five weeks, and without fail, he leaves looking absolutely adorable. One of my favorite parts is the monthly subscription—it makes scheduling so easy and stress-free. Plus, having a credit applied to each grooming session every month is such a great value and makes it even more worth it. If you’re looking for a groomer who is fast, skilled, and truly cares about your pup, I can’t recommend Dina enough. Oliver always looks his best, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him! 🐶✨

We had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Woof Gang Grooming at The Falls with our Bernedoodle, Lua. I’ve tried many groomers over the years, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, caring, and clearly experienced with doodles. Lua came back looking amazing—perfectly groomed, happy, and relaxed. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the dogs they handle. If you’re looking for a groomer who pays attention to detail and treats your dog with love and patience, this is the place. We’ve finally found our go-to groomer. Highly recommend! 🐾

I thought I was doing a great job cleaning my dog Mochi myself, but I clearly wasn’t! He came back smelling amazing, and I haven’t seen his paws this pink in such a long time. The team did an incredible job, and it really shows how much care they put into what they do. I’m so grateful for how well they took care of Mochi. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First, I want to thank Monica for welcoming us into her business. From the get go I felt so relieved and sure that Terry was going to be in a safe place. Terry has separation anxiety and he can become really stressed at times to the point he doesn’t want to get groomed. Monica explained everything in detail to me and how they were going to take care of Terry. I even got their membership because it is a pretty reasonable price and I think Terry had a good experience. I know he will start to build up his trust the more he visits. By the way, thank you, Monica for the cookies 🥰 Now I want to say, Thank you, Angel so so much for taking the time with Terry. I know he can be a handful. I really wanted to thank you for being so patient with him. I knew, he was going to be in great hands. He’s also looking so fluffy and cute plus he smells amazing. I can not begin to explain how incredibly happy I am with my little dogs service. Check in was easy. The app is phenomenal. Makes booking a service easy and quick. The groomer listened to what I’d like and she delivered! And the products they use smell so good. Pricing is surprisingly affordable and is very competitive to PetSmart across the street. And they are offering a monthly subscription fee for grooming that is worth it and the best part is that they honor any rollovers of unused benefits. 10/10!

They always do an amazing job with my Cavapoo, Sunday!! Whether we get a bath or a trim, he always comes back happy, clean, no more matts, and looking fabulous!!
