Petco Grooming

I usually have a very good experience at Vetco. However, when I walked in for my 2pm appointment today, I waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged while Matt conversed with the client before me. That's rude. He made a phone call to ensure their points got loaded, talked about what college he attended, but not once did he give me the common courtesy of saying "I'll be with you shortly".🤔 At about the 10 minute mark, I excused myself into the conversation to let him know I was there because I didn't want them to think I was late. Matt was very condescending and said he sees me there so he knows I'm not late and there were no rooms available and he was with another customer while smiling. After the customer left, I was irritated and told him I could tell he was being condescending and gave him feedback for future reference to at least acknowledge his customers. He argued that he was with a customer and there were no rooms available, missing the entire point. To which I Iet him know I'm a customer who pays, as well. Then he apologized, but it was very empty. It was just to stop me from talking. He's a manager too, which is unfortunate. Tracey is awesome every single time. Kudos to her! Everyone else is nice, as well. I'd prefer not to deal with Matt, though.

This is the worst experience I’ve were had for my dog. My pup was Matted I took her for a shaving. They were unable to complete her shaving. Left her half shaved because they felt she was too matted and didn’t want to hurt her. I understood but was quite upset that they even started just to leave her half way done. I expressed my frustration to the manager and the way they handled the situation. Few months later. I went to get a nail and eye trim and was told my dog is no longer allowed to go there for service due to my previous dissatisfaction. Make that make sense. I am so angry and upset by the leave of customer service and professionalism. How you banned me your employees were in the wrong. I will like to hear from petco. This is for store 3777 and one of the managers Jamie I am not a happy customer. And so very upset. I will never bring my dog here again. But the principal of how this was handed is very unfortunate

Took my golden retriever in today & Maura was her groomer. I’ve taken my dog (Ellie) there multiple times but this time was one of the best i’ve ever seen. She was matted pretty bad from swimming & i for sure thought she was going to be shaved but that wasnt the case at all. She even put cute flower clips on her ears. Thank you!!!

Faer did an absolutely amazing job! This was the first time we had our dog get a full haircut (we usually just do hind legs and paws) and it was perfect!

Petco grooming in Middletown is great. The groomers are polite and do a job well done. They take care of 2 of my dogs. The location is convenient. The rewards program provides a discount which is useful when getting pets groomed.

Easy booking online appointment. Groomers are very friendly. Very cute hair cut. I felt my dog was in good hands.
