Oh Lala Groomingdales

I was very happy with how well they cut my Bellas hair (cocker spaniel). This is the third place here in midland that iv used since ive moved here and it was the best she has ever looked! They even made her feet look good. Most places leave her paws looking like a hooville character hahaha. They even put the cutest blue bows on her ears. Very please!!

Excellent place I took my new adopted yorkie with lots of knots and they did a great job! I also tipped wrong with twice the price and they didn’t hesitated to refund me! Honest people here highly recommend !

Very unprofessional.. the lady that works in the front is always so rude & in a bad mood. She’ll talk to you with an attitude. Plus they say they open Saturdays we’ve been going for the past 2 Saturdays 1 they weren’t taking anymore walk ins & I had made it at 10:15 and even had called her to ask and she had said yes to come over. Why tell me yes then I get there and she states no more walk ins cus she’s full already. & they stop taking walk ins at 12. The next Saturday I try again.. "wake up early" just to drive almost 20 min called before leaving & she just rejected my call. I show up and it’s closed. When online states "open". So on top of her being so rude & unprofessional she opens when she wants or answers and rejects your calls when she feels like it. Since she’s the only one in town taking walk ins she feels she can give a bad attitude and poor customer service to her customers ? Do not waste your time with this rude lady.

I walked in and was met by an older lady. She asked what I wanted done and I told her I wanted my dog trimmed and cleaned up (not shaved) especially around her face. They said they would call when she was ready. My husband decided to go get her at 11am (they closed at 11:30am) and my dog was in a cage just hanging out. When he brought her home she just did not look great. Her cut was very choppy and uneven. I understand that dogs move, but you would think they would have explained to my husband that she moved a lot etc and nothing was said. I will not be returning here unfortunately.

Took all 3 of my fur babies the same day as a walk in, the lady that helped me was very nice, there was another lady there but she seemed to be in a bad mood, good thing she wasn’t the one provided customer service.

My Maltese wears a sweater in the winter. I asked for a haircut and a teddy bear face. He came back with a summer cut looking like a snauzer. His tail and face were awful. I think they only know one haircut style. Don't waste your money on this place

Not from the area but needed our pup that traveled with us to get groomed. We have 3 dogs and they get groomed very often. This was a last minute trip so we decided to bring just our youngest being his first time ever road trip. 2 out of the 3 dogs are extreme shedders him being one of them since we are staying in an Airbnb i decided to find a local groomer since we only local groom back home in the DFW area. We always get them the deshedding treatment. Called and Asked about accepting walk-ins and asked for price he's a short hair so didn't need cut just bath. Was told $45 plus $10 for deshedding. Was charged $64 which I'm ok with but he looks, feels, and smells like her was only brushed and sprits with perfume very very disappointed with this service. Better off self washing or unfortunately taking to PetSmart for grooming. P.S was still shedding A LOT when they handed him to me that was my biggest clue something was off.
