This was by far one of the worst grooming experiences I have ever had. This place does NOT know how to groom and does NOT follow instructions. I gave very clear directions: ❌ do NOT cut her beard ❌ do NOT cut her top knot ❌ do NOT cut her ears ❌ do NOT round her face I even brought printed reference photos showing exactly how I wanted the cut: less volume on the body than the legs, while keeping her natural facial expression. The result was awful. My dog was basically shaved and butchered. They cut her ears, ruined her beard, gave her "eyebrows" I never asked for, and left her head uneven, especially above the eyes where the poor cutting is very obvious. Her facial expression was completely changed. To make things worse, they hurt her head, which is absolutely unacceptable. This was not just a bad haircut — it was careless and unprofessional work. My dog left looking unrecognizable and clearly uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend this place at all. If you care about your pet, do not bring them here.

I had been bringing my mini Aussie here for about 6 yrs and loved it there!! But a new person that cut my babies hair ruined it for us!! I told her about 3 times DO NOT CUT HIS HAIR SHORT!! when I picked up my baby I didn’t even recognize him!! I cried when I got home!! She cut all his hair off my baby had beautiful soft hair and she ruined it!! He’s been soooo stressed out and scratching soooo much from where she nicked him!! I’m sorry woof gang I used to love taking my baby there but she ruined it and I won’t be returning

My wife had our Saint Bernard mix groomed here and they did wonderful!

I have a golden retriever and took him here to get groomed- the cut was patchy and uneven, and when they tried to fix it- ended up shaving him and he’s still patchy and uneven. They would not offer a refund but said that "the mistake made on his cut was a good learning experience for them."

My companion turned 12 and I wanted to do something a bit different. I have always seen this store but never ventured in. My first experience for this store has been a great one. I went in and was instantly greeted by a professional and polite worker. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what my options were and also what the products were made of. The quality was excellent and the state of the store was impressive. Clean and organized and the smell was clean and sanitary. You can’t always say that about pet stores with a grooming salon in them. The prices were expensive but for the items they sell and the effort they put for their customers I believe it is worth it. Have been recommending this to pet owners to stop in for a look.

Be cautious of Woof Gangs high dollar grooming! Picked up our Schnauzer today and he has chunks/clumps of hair still on him??!? All they did was shave him……. $64.95…….. Yes, he needed to be shaved close but you would think they would of at least shave the clumps of hair off…. And they didn’t even clean up around his nose like Schnauzer’s are supposed to be. $64.95 for a half A shave is absurd!!!!!!! BE CAUTIOUS!!! HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!

This was our first time using this groomer and regret is an understatement. Our standard poodle went in for a bath, brush, and SANITARY trim. Our first red flag was being called that he was ready 1 hour after he was dropped off. Not only did I pay before I saw him, but he came out completely shaved. He had little to no matting and definitely not enough to justify a full shave. Not only was he unevenly shaved down, but his whiskers and eyelashes were cut as well. His ears also still have curly hair in them to further show how little they cared about the dog. For almost $100 I could have shaved him at home myself and done a better job.
