They did an amazing job on our mini poodle! Our groomer asked us all kinds of questions to make sure the cut was exactly what we wanted, and the grooming turned out even better than we expected.

I never had an issues with Blue Ribbon until yesterday. My dog has been groomed by Erin since he was a puppy. No one contacted me to let me know that Erin was no longer with the business before bringing my dog in for his grooming. I was not consulted before the grooming about having an apprentice work on my dog. He was there longer than he's used to, and the way he was groomed is not what I requested. When I picked him up, the attitude I got from both the staff was not a welcoming one. They were not friendly. In fact, the way I was treated bordered on unkind. Erin was always friendly and knowledgeable. She genuinely cared for my dog and let me know if he had a good visit or not. She also listened to what we wanted done as far as the cut and tried her best to get him there even if he had matts. When I asked about how things went yesterday, it was as if I was putting them out. Short, curt responses. After being a loyal client and paying probably over $1000 to this business over the last three years, I expected more courtesy. A phone call to let me know that the groomer my dog was used to was gone. Instead, I was treated like a number. If they treated me like that, who knows how they treated my dog while he was there. Buyer beware of taking your dogs to this elitist establishment.

Carter is amazing !!! My dogs are comfortable and I would not have it any other way !! Truly an artist!! My dogs Tux and Lola can be show dogs lol
