A Fur Affair Pet Salon, Saturday at noon, I had an appointment for grooming my two dogs. I’m here, door locked, called, no answer, left message, definitely don’t recommend

Can't recommend this place enough!! I have a husky-heeler who is VERY anxious at groomers. These guys did an amazing job accommodating to the diva my dog is while being groomed, and he didn't seem nervous or traumatized when picked up (he actually seemed relaxed and happy!) I got the full bath / de-shedding option and WOW. My dog looks so incredible and feels/smells even better. Much needed for a husky mix in the hot summer days in SLC. Thank you guys! I appreciate you and your gentleness with a nervous dog!

Cesar did a great job grooming my dog, and I could tell he really cares about the work. Unfortunately, both of my scheduled appointments were canceled, which was frustrating and made it hard to rely on. Since I’ve moved, I won’t be booking again, but I hope this feedback helps improve the scheduling side, because the grooming itself was excellent

Caesar did so good on my Pom! He’s smells soo good and his trim is amazing and I’ve tried so many groomers and it’s seems they all did everything sloppy and half the effort he did today! This will be my dogs new groomers for good now! I also love how he treats every dog as his own babies🥰

We asked for our dog to be groomed to around the length in the example photos. Instead, Teddy came back to us looking like this, shaved unevenly and not even close to what we asked for. Normally any time he sees my wife or I he runs right to us and is super excited. When I picked him up, he ignored me completely and wouldn't respond when I was calling his name. I honestly didn't think he was my dog at first, so I asked the groomer if she is sure that was Teddy. She was rude and not reassuring at all and just said ya, he is the only Teddy we had. We will never come here again. Our dog looks nothing like we asked and we are a little worried about how he might have been treated while he was there.

As a first time dog owner I thought the hardest thing would be potty training. The day we brought our toy poodle and found fleas on her, we got a reality check I searched hours for a pet salon that I could take her in to on a Sunday since we found the fleas on a Saturday night. That’s when we came across a fur affair pet salon they added me in last minute, when I return to pick her up not a trace of fleas and she looked like such a happy camper. Truly saved me that day one less thing to cry about. I know it sounds dramatic but it was such a hard experience I really appreciate this salon. Since then I have only taken snow here and they will have a forever costumer. These guys treat your babies like their own. I have gone in there and while I’m paying I see how well the treat all dogs while rendering their services! Great place! If you love your fur babies bring them here.
