Community Bark always has fast and friendly service. It’s always clean and staff is knowledgeable. We’ve found the absolute best of the best when it comes to getting our gal bathed. Jordan, is our go to staff member. He’s absolutely a dog whisperer! Our dog is hyper yet he gets her to relax and enjoy the spa time. We won’t take our girl anywhere else!!!!

Great self wash lots of supplies and great combs and brushes for comb out after facial wash and shampoo. Anna was helpful answered all our questions and had a good checkout. Nice and friendly saw the groomers being gentle with the old dogs they were washing and drying and combing out as well. I recommend Community bark no mess in your tub or home, no load of towels after. Enjoy

Terrible experience. On the day of my dog’s grooming appointment, I received a text saying the groomer was sick and that they would reach out to reschedule. I waited two weeks without hearing back, so I called several times, but it always went to voicemail. I eventually texted to ask when they could fit my dog in since they had canceled the original appointment. They provided three dates, and I confirmed for September 22. On the day of the new appointment, I called multiple times to confirm, but no one answered. When I arrived, there were police at the shop due to an argument between an employee and a customer—it was complete chaos. I was then told that my appointment had never been added to their calendar, so they couldn’t groom my dog. By this point, more than a month had passed since the original appointment. I had driven over 30 minutes and taken time out of my workday, only to leave with my dog un-groomed. It was supposed to be my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

I've used Community Bark for yrs on Bayside never had any issues, I used the one in Browndeer the wost experience ever, the groomer Amanda had A nasty attitude very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Service suck at the Browndeer location. Amanda work on having A better attitude I can't trust you with my pup!

For $19 I am able to bring our Parti Doodle Lily and complete a self wash and dry. We make use of Community Bark in between her full grooming. The staff is super friendly and I think the longest I've waited without an appointment is all of 4-5 minutes. Clean, friendly, and convenient.. so after she tears up the dog park at Estabrook the white couch stays white! Fantastic!!

We haven't used their services yet, but 100% will be! Today we picked up a foster through Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever. She is very matted and smells pretty terrible. She is the sweetest though! We took her to Community Bark Dog Wash where we were greeted by the nicest front desk associate. She took to our Hannah immediately and saw the intense matting that she had. She got a colleague who also came-out and was awesome. They explained that we shouldn't bath her because the matts would get tighter and worse to deal with and explained they'd reccomend us finding a groomer we could get her into right away. They were busy and currently not taking big dogs. We found a place to get her into today and will certainly be bringing her and our other two dogs here in the future. Outstanding service. Rock on ladies!

Very helpful. They had everything we needed. The tub is more enclosed than some places which makes it easier for me.
