Tender Touch Grooming Salon

Today was another good experience for us at Tender Touch Grooming. We’ve been taking our dog here for a few years now. She is a bichon frise and must be groomed every 7-8 weeks. So we always try to set up a date for the next groom in a couple of days, but there were time I forgot to call, almost always. When I did call, Sherrie always worked with me to fit my dog in. Sherrie always does a great job, it only takes a couple of hours for her to do a full groom, vs others that would take 4 hours.Sherrie is always willing to listen to you on how you would like your dogs to look.Brush your dog before the groom that would also speed up the groom process. Bring in a picture that would help her to understand what you really are talking about and want.Always a pleasure to see Sherrie and enjoy our talks.I totally trust her with my little girl. I was taught it’s nice to be nice.And Sherrie is nice.

We take our cocker spaniel Cookie to her. I've tried many other groomers but Sherry does the absolute best. My dog looks great every time. Sherry has been a groomer for many years and has so much skill. Thank you Sherry.

We took our Goldendoodle there to be groomed for the first time, showed a picture of what we wanted. She said yes that she had experience with that kind of cut and could do that. Well when we pick up our girl she was so short and she poodled our doodle!!! I was so mad I just wanted to leave. We told her we still wanted her fluffy, not too short and that’s not at all what we got! I wouldn’t recommend this place. These pictures are before and after!! I’m devastated at what she did to our dog!! 🥺😡

I was nervous coming here because the horrible reviews, but I gotta say! I had the best experience with her and her husband. She was very attentive to me when I asked her regarding the price of each service. The overall grooming was AMAZING! I love how my dog looked. She did exactly what I asked for. She had no marks / cuts on her either. I am so happy I went here!

We have taken our furry loved ones for grooming here for years! Stumbled upon this gem while visiting the bakery nearby. Availability has always been easy to schedule. Prices are reasonable and the amount of care that goes into the extras is super appreciated! Always satisfied so that review rating is baffling! Hope this helps, Sherry! Thanks for all you do! I brought my babies here recently and was pleased on how they looked. The price was reasonable and my dogs were happier for having been groomed. I recommend going here she does it all. The owner sherry was very nice and worked well with my fur babies. I will be coming back again.
