PetSmart Grooming

I like the groomers here a lot, so much that I drive from St. Paul and pass many closer options. It just sucks you cant book an appt for nail trims so im often stuck waiting around.

I absolutely adore the staff at the grooming salon!! My dog usually has Jenna H as her groomer and she is fantastic! My dog is a rescue and I got her when she was 2 already and she was a reservation dog so she never really had a home and therefore was not used to going to the groomer. My dog started off definitely a bit difficult and anxious at the groomers, but Jenna has done an absolutely fabulous job with getting my dog more comfortable with the services! She’s been incredibly patient with my pup and now she does so much better at the groomers than when we first started! You can tell Jenna takes her time and genuinely cares about her clients - she is fantastic! She even initially helped us out by giving recommendations for scheduling that would best suit my pup and her anxiety at the salon. I would truly recommend her to everyone! We have also worked with a few other groomers at this location and they have all been fantastic as well. I truly don’t think you can go wrong with this location, I would highly recommend it!

This store is always nice, calm and relaxing. The employees are very nice and seem to know what they're doing and can direct you in the right direction. I always leave this place feeling like I've had a good experience. The prices are high, but no higher than any other place. And Pongo loves to go there and chill.

They did a great job, but took over 6 hours to groom a small dog. They said it would take 4-5 hours, but didn’t call to let me know there was a delay. When I called at the 6 hour mark they used the same line everyone does these days, ‘people left sick.’ I’m tired of people blaming everything on staffing issues. Take responsibility and call if you are running behind. It ended up costing me for time off work and it wasn’t even my dog.

First time at this location for grooming, won’t come back. Got the Bath and Brush for my doodle and the only thing Andrew did was bathe and brush her top coat. Her paws, bum, and other areas were NOT shaved (despite that being part of the package) and didn’t get the anal gland expression. She was NOT brushed properly and as a result has gotten way more mats in her fur than when she went in. Wasted $50 just to do everything myself.

My dog does not like grooming salons but Catherine is amazing with her and I HIGHLY appreciate not having to deal with deshedding her at home.

Our cat needed a lion cutdue to mats. He's too chubby to reach his back and legs. Looks great now and he's much more comfy. Thanks!!
