Vivian does an amazing job with Mia! She is easy to book with, communicates well, and just the sweetest around! I never have to worry about her taking good care of my baby! She is truly the best around and has made grooming such a pleasant experience for Mia. We are so grateful for her!!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a few years now, and I can’t say enough great things about Sarah. She always does an amazing job on my baby. He’s a husky, so he can get pretty vocal during grooming, but she handles him with so much patience and care. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in her work every single time.

This was our first try at Classy Pet in Mint Hill. We have had our two Chows at two other groomers in the area for the past 7 years. We are extremely pleased with the results of the groomers with our Chows. Not many groomers do Chows. The communication was great all around. What we really appreciate is the price we were quoted prior to the grooming appointment is what the price was after. And their grooming fees are more than reasonable. This has been an issue we have faced at other groomers is the price quoted ends up being a lot more when we have picked up our Chows. At one place, the price kept going up time after time with no justification in the increase. If you have faced this yourself and are looking for transparency and professionalism, and very happy pooches, I highly encourage you to give them a try. Amazing. Tiffany has been taking care of our dogs for years. Our Madison really struggles with grooming and as a border collie she gets really dirty. Tiffany always gets her so clean and smelling great. The address is a little tricky as the entrance is at the back of the right hand side of the building behind/beyond the vape shop.

I’ve been taking my dog here for years. Most recently Erin has started his grooming and she does amazing! Always friendly, clean and reasonable pricing.

Sarah is the best!!! She has mastered the art of grooming. Knows exactly how to handle my temperamental dog. He’s very reactive to being groomed and with his feet, especially. She not only gives him a fantastic haircut every time, but she also has been the only person to ever get him to willingly walk in the groomer which is so huge to us! We no longer dread the groomer and love Sarah

We are traveling through the area and really wanted our border collie groomed. She is shedding horribly! Called and scheduled a same day appointment with groomer Sydney. She did a fabulous groom on our sweet girl Silvia. Thrilled!! Recommend Sydney hands up!! Thank you Sydney!
