PetSmart Grooming

This is my second time coming here so far its been ok having had any issues and they seem to be very professional and nice . My dog hate the groomers he gets very anxious so i dont like bringing him unless i have too. He cant be in with any other dogs. And they were nice enough to move my appt to 7am and be the first one in and out . It is 15.00 extra dollars for an express appointment, but it was so worth it.

My dogs chew the sqeakers out of toys in like the first hour of getting them. Found the best toys here. They have lasted months instead of hours. People that work here are nice and helpful also.

Me and my dog visit every month for a nail trimming. The staff are so nice and gentle!

Awesome authentic Mexican food

Go to Pet Supply Plus!!! If I could give a 0 I would! Absolutely terrible service, Will never go back!! They sent our 1yr old Malamute home SOAKING wet, in 30 degree weather, because they decided they didn’t want to deal with her! We did say when scheduling the appointment that she didn’t like baths, but no groomer has ever not completed her or sent her home. When dropping her off it already seemed like they where warning us they where going to send her home, we almost didn’t leave her because of the way they where acting. 20 minutes later we get a call come get her! The manager was short and rood and was not concerned about trying to make anything right. I believed her name was Trina and just acted annoyed at me for being unhappy. I didn’t tell or scream or insult anyone but I was clear I wasn’t happy. As I was leaving the manager was franticly typing away on her computer, I’m assuming making a note not to book us again, but not to worry because we will NEVER go back! They are not professional and just want to pump animals out as fast as they can, they are not patient or friendly. We went to Pet Supply Plus where we normally go and they squeezed her in and couldn’t believe how we where treated. They stated they never had that degree of trouble with Willow. Trina and her team just didn’t want to be bothered with a dog that wasn’t perfect. That’s not the kind of people I want caring for our animals.
