Johnny is our guy! He pours his heart into everything he does, and it truly shows. I believe he recently celebrated 11 years with Petco (or 11 years grooming), and his experience and dedication are undeniable. His love for animals shines through in the way he cares for each pet. Griffin refuses to see anyone else, this says it all. We are so grateful for Johnny! 🐾

My little girl was so calm and relaxed her appointment. She melted in my arms. They did a thorough cleaning from nose to tail and in her bath added conditioner. She is so soft and smells wonderful. Everyone in the grooming area is so pleasant and calm. I have a regular appointment. We all need a little pampering.
Joanna is the best! She always remembers our dog and what we liked or didn't like from previous grooming experiences, and she does such a fantastic job making him look like a big beautiful boy. She's my favorite groomer by far in the years we've been going to Petco and I'll go back to her as long as she works there!
Jonny is the BEST!!!. Specks (my 90lb) dog just loves him. Jonny is so gentle with him and made Specks feel like part of his family.
I noticed a vague fee added to my bill. I brought this up to the groomer, and he removed it. Then, they turned off my booking capabilities so I cannot book online, and can only book by calling. I don’t plan to play this game with a Petco, so I will happily be taking my business elsewhere.
They take such good care of my sweet Rhett who is very anxious and give him lots of love.
