We take our dog here and they always do such a great job . They even texted me to make sure it’s ok with me if they had to do something diff after finding matted fur. Sent me photos and video and my dog was was enjoying it. He looks great . Thank you for providing amazing customer service.

My dog is always in a happy mood when I pick her up so I know Sydnees treats her well and gentle. Shortly after her appointment I was blow drying my own hair and Olive wanted in on it - not traumatized by the blow dryer at all, LOL! Thank you for the great cuts and loving my pup!

I am incredibly upset at this place. We sent my loving, carefree dog to this groomer a few times now and we aren’t sure what they did but after the last time he went he came home acting skittish and unusual. We discovered blood on his paw and assume they cut too close to the quick. Another time my husband went to pick him up they were yelling at another dog. We will never be go back to this groomer and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either.

Dropped off my dog for a haircut and bath. He was returned THREE HOURS later covered in blood and urine. They did not cut his hair or bathe him. Employees showed no concern for his condition and lied about the blood saying it was a nosebleed from "extreme stress".She made the claim it was common for dogs that she deals with. Had to take my dog to urgent care as I discovered he had blood pooling in his eye and became lethargic and slow to respond.. Doctor suspected trauma and discovered " Severe scleral ecchymosis and corneal ulceration"

The groomers are very caring, and I'm glad that my furbabies feels comfortable here.

Wow. I’m so glad that I found this place. Our mutt Indiana is super skiddish and nervous. We usually get his nails trimmed at the vet because they know him and treat him kindly. We now live in Mission Viejo and he needed a nail trim. I decided to give Sydnee’s a try. They’re AMAZING, kind, gentle, loving and Indy and I will go back for sure the next time he needs his nails trimmed. Thank you to the staff at Sydnee’s. Highly recommend!
