I bought a cat toy and my cat still plays with it. Good price and staff was friendly.

Don’t bring your dog here they don’t take accountability when they aren’t grooming the dogs properly. My dog is always stressed when going here but perfectly fine at another grooming location. PetSmart customer care should be renamed as PetSmart ignores customer care. Cuz that’s all they do. Dana the manager or head stylist is the worst she’s so comfortable from being here for so long witch isn’t a flex btw because she still cut my dog and didn’t check on him after we spent 4 hours at the vet. And the first time I booked him with the her, she passed him off even tho I was concerned at how *scared they said he was* she still had no care and let any other stylist give him a haircut.

Cut my dog while grooming. Then my other dog had been there twice in 4 months but still ends up with an ear infection. When questioned about it they don’t take responsibility for not cleaning and pulling the hair properly. Not good place to go. Update contacted support they sent me generic emails for two weeks never actually sent me over any information about the services they are suppose to provide. They don’t have any that’s probably why. They don’t have specific ways they are suppose to clean the ears. They probably ain’t even brushing the teeth like we think they would probably spraying mouthwash. But who knows cuz they won’t give that information there are several emails this is just the most recent.

They did a very good job, my dog has been groomed there 3 times. He is 75 lbs of puppy still, he didn't mind staying this last time so he is feeling comfortable there. I only get the Kennel Cut, nothing fancy. He is happy to go with them so I know they are treating him good or he would not be so happy to get there and stay. Like most dogs he is happy to leave also when I pick him up.

They did a good job on my new little girl. Very nice ladies working there.

Went here for a nail trim for my little chi. Been walking in for a nail trim here for years, been a while since I had been. Walked into the grooming department. Lady says may I help you.? Said that my chi needed a nail trim. She states you need an appt. for a nail trim. I said, oh, I've never needed one in the past. Soo ok. One lady grooming a dog on a table at the back of the room looks up snd actually snarled and looked at me like I had 3 heads. I thanked the reception lady and walked out with my dog and a friend who had come with me and left. I asked my friend what she thought was the snarling groomers prob was. She responded she didn't know but commented the women was not in a very good mood. No worries, headed for petco where you can watch them work with your dog. Been going there since. Pet (not so ) smart lost a long time customer because of this snarling unhappy groomer. Hello, Petco.

Very good with all animals. Definitely sign up for their rewards and check your receipts for discounts towards groomings and purchases
