Galaxy grooming

Worst cut ever! Doesn’t look like the teddy bear cut I asked for. She was completely brushed out before I brought her to Galaxy.

I have an extra large dog - 140 pounds. Anyone who ever has had an extra large dog, knows it can be hard to clean yourself, or find a groomer that feels confident and comfortable cleaning the dog. I’ve looked a long time. With some groomers who have groomed him once but said they weren’t comfortable doing it again due to size. So, I called around many people would not but after reading the reviews from other large dog owners and talking to Robin at length, I decided to give her business a try. I’m so thankful, I found Robin and Galaxy grooming! She said my dog was an angel and let her clip his nails and wash his face with no problems. ❤️ She herself has owned extra large breeds and knows how to handle and clean them!

I am so excited to have found galaxy grooving! I always dread taking my pup into Petsmart or some other large grooming facility. Robin is amazing and our little Luna bear has never looked whiter and floofier! Definitely will be using them all the time now!

We had scheduled a service about 2 weeks in advance with another provider who canceled on us at the very last minute. We desperately needed this service with having a baby on the way in less than a week! We got online, made the call to Galaxy Grooming and were scheduled in 2 days!! We not only had 2 dogs, one labradoodle and one being a thick over-due coated Newfoundland. The owner stayed late in a Friday just to fit us in and our dogs look amazing. Actually better than anyone has groomed them before. She explained the entire process and the unique approach that was taken to care for our Newfy. We love the result. And the service is stellar. Highly recommend…

Came in for a walk-in nail clip for my two little dogs, she did such a great job. She was incredibly gentle and so sweet to my boys. You can tell she genuinely cares about her business and what she does. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Would highly HIGHLY recommend.

I never really feel comfortable leaving my dogs at a groomer, trusting someone to do a job that my dog hates, while being kind and loving to them. My Pyper wasn't the best while getting groomed. She was a bit of a brat, lol. But she was treated with patience and love no matter what. When I pick up from a groomer, they always say.....oh "they" did great! But we really know that "great" probably wasn't 100%. But here nothing but honesty, she told me Penny hated the dryer (they had to take a break) and Pyper.....oh Pyper..... well she drug the groomer table across the shop. All while being loved ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Needed to get my pups nails done BADLY. And came across this shop on a local Google search. I was really nervous taking my pup anywhere because she is super sketchy of new people. Robin did AMAZING she was patient and calm with my crazy dramatic dog. We will definitely be going back! Thank you so much!
