First time customer, forever fan! The team at Precision Grooming Spa SUPERSTORE did a phenomenal job Grooming our puppy today. He looks absolutely amazing! The staff was so sweet and professional, making the entire process easy and stress-free. The Sunday hours are a huge bonus for our schedule. We are so happy we found this place and will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They listened to my concerns, were gentle with him, and he came out looking (and smelling) amazing! You can really tell they care about the animals and take pride in their work. Regular costumer! My dogs cuts are always very cute but the staff is mildly unprofessional and inconsistent. I’ve visited several times for the exact same service and my most recent service was no different except for a 40+ dollar difference in price without any particular explanation of why one visit differed from the other with the exact same requests. I did reach out to the owner who was very professional but I am still disappointed with this situation.
