This location did a poor job with my GSD. They were supposed to do bath & Furminator but he was wet & shedding when I picked him up from shower. This hair felt rough may be they missed conditioner. They said dog was anxious but that's not the case with other Petsmart locations. Im really unhappy & would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean well groomed pet!!
Gabrielle is very sweet and professional, my Ruffus looked beautiful after his bath and brushing with Gabrielle, very pampered. Thank you very much, all the girls are very loving. Ruffus and I will definitely be back.
Lately, they have been having staffing issues, but they are always pleasant on all my experiences there. Our dog is always very well taken care of, and the grooming staff gives off a good vibe with how they have been with our dog each time. Totally recommended these services.
