Took my dog for an appointment at 8am and recieved my dog till 11:30pm, what was the point of making an appointment if they’re not gonna respect the time i brought my dog in and the groomer did not handle the dog with care, charged me near 100 for just all that so i wont be coming back at all, horrible experience
We had a question for the groomer and she told us the answer very quickly. Went and found the product in the store right away. Everyone was very helpful and so nice to me and my doggies. We even picked up a couple sweaters for them since fall is arriving.
Very bad people, they are disrespectful and very rude, I will never bring my dog to this disgusting place ever again, I was treated very horribly
