Nalas Grooming

I’ve been bringing my boys here monthly for about 7 months now & couldn’t be happier with their grooms. Everyone at Nala’s has been great with my boys & you can tell they truly care about their jobs because they actually take the time to make sure your pet feels comfortable rather than just rushing. From drop off to pickup the communication is great & I appreciate the report card that includes photos. Booking process is extremely easy as well. Definitely the best grooming option in the area!

Sydney did a PHENOMENAL job on our husky with the mobile grooming salon. She only has three legs, but was given THE BEST care and she has never looked better. I swear she’s felt better too and is hopping around happily, feeling her best after shedding her winter coat. Thank you so much, Sydney!

Disappointed. Been a customer since Nala's first started dog grooming service and have used the services on multiple occasions. Recently I scheduled my dogs using their app. Unfortunately the app is not very transparent on pricing these days. Beware* you will be charged a hair shedding fee of 45.00 and this was mentioned to me on the arrival of the groomer who was at my front door to take my dog for mobile grooming services. I discussed the concern with the owner Claudia and I got the impression that she felt I was a idiot for not scoping other pages on the Website to see how they sneak in the additional price. I informed Claudia that I had never had this type of issue for years and she stated " that's why we fired Javier". It is unfortunate how they treat and publicize the firing of an employee for only doing his job the best he could for our pets and made it clear he was supposed to mentioned a fee. Secondly she scolded me on the timeliness of grooming service and informed me " well ypu should have scheduled sooner to not have a problem". Non the least I am disappointed of the tone as though she did not understand my view as a long time customer. it was the principal of the situation not the financial charge. All I wanted was for the owner to be understanding that the website was not transparent on the selection page for grooming.

We’ve officially found Bolt’s forever groomer 🥹🐾 This was our second visit and I already know we’ll be coming back every 2 weeks for many many more appointments to come! They are so sweet, patient, professional, and truly care about the dogs they groom. Bolt always comes home looking absolutely adorable, fluffy, clean, and smelling amazing. As a Bichon owner, finding someone who can do a proper cute teddy/Bichon style cut is SO important to me, and they nailed it again. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the little details. The whole experience has been smooth, welcoming, and stress-free both times we’ve gone. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby 🩵✂️🐶 We’re so happy we found you guys and can’t wait for all of Bolt’s future spa days!

Took our little rocket (shorkie) here for his birthday and got the "full spa" option. Now we were told that he was impatient when we first took him to petco and they didnt even bother to move forward with the cut.. now bringing him to Nalas they said he was a little anxious, however they did their best and still made the cut.. we are super happy with the outcome and the smell of his fur! We will definitely be bringing him back on the regular. We took him with Thalia and she did wonderful! Thank you so much and hope to be back soon!

Thank you, Nala's! Des (Desiree) did a fantastic job grooming my elder pup. I love that they use hypoallergenic products. It was so easy to book an appt online and all the staff were super friendly. They keep in touch with reminders and have quite reasonable prices. I highly recommend Nala's.
