Petco Grooming

My boys, Clifford and Max, love visiting Kayla! Not only does she do a great job on these two 75 lb babies but they look forward to seeing her I think they both look quite handsome!

Kaylee is always so gentle and kind to our little Ellie. Thank you Kaylee for being Ellie’s special friend.

This is the second time we've brought Finnegan into Petco and our groomer is Jemma. She's very professional, but most of all she cares about your pet/your other child. She does an excellent job grooming Finnegan and will voice concerns. He gets anxious and has at times he gets hot spots. We had him on medication for the problem, but it looks like we need to continue the medication on a regular basis. She's great and we will continue bringing Finnegan to see Jemma.

1st and foremost someone needs to make sure appointments don’t cause the groomer to be double or triple booked, which is was what happened. My dog had an appointment at 3:30pm, salon closed at 7pm. I called salon at 6:50pm, no answer. Called again after 7pm, no answer. I called the store at 7:15pm was be told my dog was in the table and should be done by closing. By the time she was done and checked out it was after 8pm. Poor groomer looked exhausted.

Very professional grooming service, clean facility, did a great job on our standard poodle.

Cancelled my appointment for dog grooming with no reason given used with automated email? I scheduled this appointment pretty far out so that I’d give them ample time to fill that space with my dogs appointment. I’m really disappointed I didn’t realize they Dan cancel appointments a week in advanced ?

I absolutely love my groomer and more importantly my dogs do as well. Kayla at Nampa Petco is wonderful!
