I can't recommend these ladies enough! Fast, efficient and my Pup LOVES ❤️ them so much!! Prices are great and the service phenomenal!! I drive over an hour to get there because when you find the best of the best, well....you keep it. I am extremely thankful for Monica and her crew. Recommend 💯!!
I’ve used Monica for about 4 years now, ever since my dog was a puppy, and she does a great job! She’s professional and whenever I walk in, if there’s other dogs they never seem stressed out, calm environment. Totally recommend!
Monica has been grooming my dog for several years. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Always takes a great photo with a well thought out seasonal scarf!
Fast service and do same day cancellations. My dog is double coated and has been shedding like crazy this summer. I asked if they could shave her but the staff advised against it and gave us a safer option. My dog is now shiny and has all her undercoat shedded. This business is on the homeowners property but they have a cute little bone sign with an arrow to point you in the right direction. I will be returning
I do not recommend Monica. She is very rude and not welcoming. I asked about the price so she asked me to go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. She also left what looked like burns on my dog that she said were hot spots from my dog licking. It did not look like that at all. If you like your dog to look a certain way do not go here. She will get upset when you let her know if you'd like her to trim just a little more. I feel bad that I kept going because I worry that my dog was mistreated.
Monica is the best. We have two needy mini Schnauzers and Monica takes the best care of them. We had two groomers before that made our little boy skittish of grooming and even though I am sure he is still a handful Monica does excellent with him. We are truly blessed to have her and her team care for our fur babies.
